They let my food sit there while they took orders behind me and complained about the customer ahead of me. She didn't tell me what the charge was and when I asked for a receipt she told me I would have to pull forward and wait 5 to 10min while she called a cashier. My food was already cold and my frosty was melted.I won't be going back there.
Was very pleased with my visit today, March 11, at Wendy's. I went through the drive-thru for breakfast with very little wait time. The lady taking my order was very pleasant and patient, she didn't rush me at all while ordering, making sure not to interrupt before I was finished. No sooner did I pull up to the window and pay they had my food ready. My potato wedges were full and not half empty, my biscuits and gravy had a good amount of gravy and the bicuit wasn't over cooked or hard, and my sandwich was well made and had nice strips of bacon. My food was exceptional, hot, yummy, and well made. I have no complaints at all. My experience overall today at this particular Wendy's was enjoyable.
Not even a container for my nuggets. I've never seen food thrown in a bag like this. I get it's only a dollar but where are the standards? No sauces or napkins either. Disgraceful.
Go there in the morning. Always high energy and great service. Food was nice, hot and fresh. Ans Kristine was so upbeat and amazing.
The food was good except the chili which was dumped in the bag by the miserable girl at the window at 2:45 Saturday Feb 19 2022. She was very unfriendly and does your restaurant a discredit
Never get a good burger from here. Always taste dry and old. Always slapped together, my cheese wasn’t even on the burger. It was all falling out of the side. Last time I go to Wendy’s in Deland .
Food was ok, I had cold soggy French fries ?, staff made a burger with no gloves that's why I give it a 3 star, I'll still go there for the chili, they got good chili, a cook whipped his nose with gloves on then made a double cheeseburger,
The food was great. If I would put all 5 I would. Number 1 thing working with the public and as a team at work is RESPECT. I have been here more than a few times and the female manager acts like she is forced to work there each time I go. I usually come night time and I see her quite often.I know she has to be one because when I handed over a $50 bill to the cashier, she had to yell for her. Then not only that,, but got an attitude because the register needed her consent for the $50...lol...Her attitude acts like she's too good to be there or something. Don't come into work if you can't treat your coworkers and customers with a positive attitude. Or go find another job or something like jeez.
I don’t like fast food, but I do like Wendy’s! Nice fresh food! (Almost every time)
Orders are always correct.Quick,hot, fresh fast food. And of course the frosty dipped fries are a must!!
