Fast line in the drive thru, good fresh food.
we stopped by the drive thru tonight around 7:45-8pm and the line was wrapped around the building. We were hesitant to see so many cars but within 15-20 minutes of waiting our turn in line, we left with HOT AND VERY FRESH FOOD. The line was moved very quickly, we had great service and great food. I could also see the team members were communicating very effectively together. Overall, very impressed!
We've been coming to this particular Wendy's for quite a while now, and overall, the service has been good.The food has also always been fresh/hot. The reason I give it 4 stars is because I've noticed that in the drive-thru, there is almost always a drink missing or item missing, even when I'm told my order's all set. While it isn't the end of the world and they do a great job of resolving it, this is something they can work.
I haven't had Wendy's in over 10 years and decided to give it a try again. It was disgusting, everything was cold, the fries had no taste, the cheese on one of the burgers wasn't even melted. Checking that off my list of future fast foods.
Food was great. Had the spicy chicken sandwich. Bacon frys, and a chocolate frosty. Not complaint. All were great.
Excellent customer service, friendly, knowledgeable about menu, offers great suggestions. Food was hot, well made, and serviced quickly! Very clean and well kept inside. Morning crew A+ job! Will eat at this location again. Thank you
Horrible experience in drive through no hi no fretting no eye contact talking so fast you can’t understand them.No wonder they have no customers!!
Saddest customer service. Standing there for 10 minutes before they even greet you is ridiculous. Drive thru and front counter have the worst attitudes I ever experienced in fast foods
