Usually this place is pretty good and consistent, but this last time the food was pretty bad. The shrimp were small and over-cooked, mushy. Now I don't know about other restaurant's, but a chicken wing is the whole wing. So $6.00 for 3 wings, is bad. They need to put that on their menu, that you're not getting a whole wings, you're getting drumlets and winglets. Besides the wings being tasteless, they were dried out, as if they were sitting for a while. Top's China used to be fairly consistent for a good while up until about a month ago, maybe new cooks, I don't know.

If I could give this place negative stars, I WOULD!! (But here are 5 so this actually gets seen!) Having worked in and managed in the food service industry, this place is a cess pool of bacteria waiting on a victim! Almost every (if not every) one of their health inspections show repeated violations of not keeping meats at temperature! Sounds like an amazing dinner, right? Well today I watched their delivery driver place their refrigerated delivery in the non climate controlled hallway out back at around 7:30 am, when they opened at 10, they brought the delivery into the restaurant. I am not sure in this heat that anything refrigerated should be left out for over 2 hours in a hot dirty hallway. Also if you look in the inspection reports you will see where their hand washing sinks are not accessible, which makes for an even more scrumptious meal being that once they put their gloves on, they do EVERYTHING in them, including go out to their car and talk on their phones and smoke cigarettes and the walk back in to serve you your meal in the same gloves. The whole building smells like rotting meat! But if you can read theseinspection reports and still eat here, GODSPEED my friend, because you are a brave soldier!!

Huge menu and although the prices have increased about 35 percent, the portions are generous and the food has always been hot when we’ve picked up our order. It’s always been tasty and satisfying! And orders are filled very quickly, usually in 10-15 minutes at the most. They are closed on Wednesdays now, but are open til 10 or 1030 the rest of the week…There is a small dine-in area. But most people carry out their food. The food is good but the parking lot is filthy and there isn’t even a garbage can anywhere to throw out your trash when you are finished, which is why there is so much trash on the ground. I wish they used authentic Chinese rice instead of yellow rice. But around West Volusia, this is about the best Chinese food you are going to find!

Probably the most unclean restaurant I have ever seen there food delivery sat outside front 7 am till 10 am before it was brought in and this was a refrigerated delivery. And I have seen the workers comes outside with gloves on then severs and prepares in the same gloves. If you want more proof just look up there inspection reports from the health department.... absolutely disturbing

This has to be the most consistent and efficient take-out restaurant in town. Orders are always out quicker than promised and the food is alway first-class. Most entrees are enough for three meals at home. Everything is tasty. My fav is vegetable egg foo young and bean curd with steamed vegetables. The staff is fast and friendly.

We are delighted to have found Top's China. Every item we've tried has been great. They are basically take out, orders fixed quickly and priced appropriately. However, if you need any sauces for your meal, ask for them before leaving as they do not automatically include them.

I am so upset....this is there idea of chowmein. What a horrible big mess, lettuce, nasty juice and onions. NO NOODLES. FYI CHOW MEIN HAS FRIED NOODLES. IM SO DISGUSTED

Steamed vegetables with sauce on the side no rice....SIMPLE ORDER RIGHT? NOT TO THEM ...DIDN'T GET WHAT I ORDERED.....USED TO BE GREAT VERY DISAPPOINTED ‼‼‼‼‼

We've been wanting Chinese food for a long time. So glad that we picked this restaurant. The food is fantastic. BUT watch out for the cost. The menu online in no way reflects what you will be charged. Was shocked when I went to pay for our order. The food was well worth the price but online menu is incorrect. GREAT FOOD THOUGH. ?

I've been here 3 times. 1st time the fried rice was not fully cooked/ hard in the middle. I gave it a second try anyway incase it was a bad day. 2nd time the rice was cooked properly and all food was good. I went again a month later and the rice was again hard in the middle, also this time they gave me shrimp instead of chicken fried rice.3 stars is generous for inconsistent quality and a wrong item over 3 visits in a 3 month span.
