They were out of all fountain drinks a few days ago. So beware before placing an online order. They tried to force us to take tea which was refused because it’s not what we ordered. Called corporate for a refund all drinks because she acted like she couldn’t refund it in the store ( the girl at the window seemed new and confused). Im pretty sure she was new and it wasn’t her fault, and after trying to explain to her a few times we don’t want tea. She just stood there not knowing what to do. I told her she should refund the drinks, which again she asked if we would like tea instead ??♀️. Anyways called corporate while in line and told her just forget it with the drink situation. Corporate is suppose to be sending me vouchers for the drinks. I have never seen such a mess at a Taco Bell. Before this they were out of ice.
Lately this Taco Bell is consistent about one thing - leaving items out of your drive-through order. Food items, requested hot sauces. Oddly, sometimes they apologize at the window for not having ice for cold drinks we already paid for. The food is good but they need to fix these problems.

10 Cars in Drive thru and No one will Service anyone! I work at a Drive thru and your not Done till They are All Gone! ?? Can't even Get Taco Bell workers to do their Job Just as Bad as McDonald's!
This place is not too bad my only problem was and I ordered two chalupas and two nachos and had add-ons without my nachos and cheese. The workers were nice but I think they were short-staffed and had to move fast but if it was a full staff per shift this place is a good place to eat. (I recommend a black bean chalupa!)
There should be an option for negative (-⭐)., Then I would give (-5⭐)Miscommunication between the staff, made me go to drive through and lobby back to back for my pickup..And the staff at the front door was acting like I came to rob their place..Never coming back ?
I only put 1 star bc I had to put something. My food was cold...not to mention I didn't even get what I ordered. And they don't have as much as the other taco bells around the area.
horrible. first the guy in front of us sat there for 8 minutes before they had their order taken, then i get home and my foods wrong. i got a mobile order with a chalupa that’s supposed to have beef, avocado ranch, sour cream, and tomatoes. same with my taco. they put cheese when i didn’t ask for cheese. i didn’t want cheese…..
Was in thine 30 minutes before getting my taco. The girl on the register was too busy talking to her friends that work there and said they have been very busy. They were talking bad about the boss of the store and that they expect too much from them. Well if my employee stood around talking I guess I would be upset too. When I was handed my taco I was given no sauce or napkins. I had to ask for both. This was my lunch break and I had a total of 10 min left. I was very upset with my visit today.
I've never had any problems with Taco Bell until I went to this one. The food was cold and nasty. It took 15 minutes to get my food once I was at the window. When I finally got my food, half of the food wasn't wrapped and just sitting in the wrapper in the bag. The food was all over the bag. Customer service sucked as well. Women at the window mumbled everything and never looked at me once, just stuck her hand out the window. Bad attitude and very inconsiderate. I know its fast food but still, come on, really?!! And these people want 15 dollars an hour. Pathetic....
