The employees could have been a little more polite. The sub was good. Forgot to add one thing and I apparently missed it but didn't constitute a complaint and new sandwich.

The workers are great but every time I come they are severely under staffed, especially now with online orders. in a rush it’s overwhelming to ONLY 1 WORKER, I don’t know who the manager is but something needs to change. It’s time to start treating your workers like humans and not robots.

Subway's sandwiches keep getting smaller and smaller. Sad. I tried their new American Club - nope!

During the day the place might be great, but the girls that work at night are horrible. From being rude, to closing over a half hour early, or walking away from customers, I’ve seen them do it all. I’m not sure how they still have jobs, but after all I guess that’s subway standards.

You hear the tune and sing along with the jingle "$5 footlong" when you buy 2. Well, I did last week, no problem and today I go in to get 7 sandwiches for our work crew and I get charged regular price! When I called to complain, I was told "Corporate changed it to on-line orders only." That is not what it says on the TV commercial and I'm really irritated by this switch-up!!
