i love this Starbucks location and the new remodel gives it a great, fresh, modern look! indoor and outdoor seating is available but, unfortunately, there’s no bakery case display anymore so you can’t see any of the food/snacks that are usually esthetically laid out. the bathrooms are well-maintained and clean, good if you’re staying in to study or get work done. the staff is always super sweet- Sam is my favorite barista, always asks how my day’s going and knows my orders. parking’s a little tight since it can be blocked by those going through the drive-through lane but this location is in a large plaza so lots of parking within a very short walking distance.
This location gets a bad rap due to covid closures and supply chain issues but the staff is awesome and hard working. I visit there everyday when possible and the coffee is always consistent and the staff super helpful and pleasant to see.
Asked for drinks they ran out of Caramel for Macchiato with 4 shots they forget the extra shot So I started liking a different drink which was a shaken then they ran out of the syrup in that I ask for light ice always more than half of cup they really need too read what on the cup they need too close some starbucks so they can get the help and make drinks the way we order them.Its not always this one I go to Orange city and DeBary .and East Orlando I get 1 too 2 times a day.
This place is never open anymore and there's no way you can tell by looking on Google because they say they're open. If you're gonna close the store then just close the store. I've been a loyal Starbucks customer for many years....but mo more. Dunkin donuts is now my go to.
Simply a 2 star always closed, what a pain to go and then learn it’s TBD alllllll this week or whenever they feel like being open so annoying! Do yourself a favor call before you drive.
Good coffee, when it’s actually open. Weird hours that don’t follow the hours on Google. Random closing of the drive thru, then if it’s actually open you may get what you came for. Rate though, because usually they’re out of everything. Honestly if you need coffee and want regular hours, just go to McDonald’s.
After driving across town at 6:30pm on a Friday night the drive through takes the orders of the two cars ahead of me then tells me they cannot take my order because someone called about something being in the bathroom so I have to sit behind these two cars while they are getting served and leave empty handed f- you starbucks!
The communication is very poor at this location. I walked in and no one acknowledge my presence until another young women came in to order. They ended up taking my order and then the young woman order but it didn't make a difference because the young woman order was delivered to her and she skipped on out while I was still waiting. I immediately asked for a refund and left. Get it together Starbucks your employees are making you look bad.
The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too and I won’t be back. They messed up my order and on top of that they can’t multitask and then when they forget your stuff act mad about getting it. I should’ve made them remake my order but I know how it is working in fast restaurants.. but Like treat people with the same respect that they give you nobody deserve to be treated rudely when they were nothing but nice.
Fast service, excelent customer service, clean place, good prices, good coffes and desserts
