Awesome experience. Spaghetti and Meatballs were amazing, some of the best I've ever had. Bread was nice too. Service was incredible, and the place was quaint and quiet. I was one of, if not the only people there. Food isn't too pricey and absolutely worth it for the money. Loved this place and totally recommend it to others. :)
Do no eat here. They don’t deserve your hard earned money. Well the food here is tolerable it is not Italian nor is it New York nor is it Chicago pizza it is soggy. ALWAYS SOGGY. Like I’ve ordered on different days with different cooks in there and it’s always just undercooked. Don’t even get me started on the owner, he sends his workers to yell at people and if they don’t do it right he threatens people. Just don’t bother with this place they get mad at you cause THEY can’t understand what you’re ordering. And you’re better off going to Anthony’s off of New York Ave.
Delicious Italian food and great service. Have been here multiple times and they have always exceeded our expectations. We are glad to be part of keeping restaurants like this in business.Highly recommend!
Ordered:1 large cheese pizza1 Calzone w/ mushroom + onion1 order of garlic knots1 Tiramisu1 CheesecakePizza crust and cheese was really good, but the sauce tasted cheap like ragu. 7/10Calzone was not good, the mozzarella and ricotta were not mixed together. The other toppings were only in one spot, and the sauce it came with was the same as the pizza... ragu. 5/10Garlic knots were luke warm, and did not even have the advertised ingredients on them. Same ragu dipping sauce issue. 4/10Tiramisu was pretty good, lady fingers were moist and full of flavor, and the espresso powder on top of the custard tasted great. 8/10The cheesecake was the worst item ordered. Dry, no flavor, and a tiny squirt of what tasted like Welch's strawberry jelly. 2/10Might get there pizza again, but thats it.
I had a great time trying out Positano. It was a great place to have lunch, in which I had a pizza with tomato sauce and cherry peppers and my mom enjoyed the pizza with broccoli and mushrooms. I found the service to be great service of all the Italian eateries I went to in DeLand. I would definitely recommed this restaurant for anyone wanting Italian food or pizza in DeLand. I would definitely return to this restaurant again.
Very very good food. I had a Stromboli and my friend had Pollo Marsala. He loved his Marsala and I of course loved my Stromboli. The thing is, I asked the waiter about the sauce to find out it was homemade. Oh my goodness it was so delicious. I have never wanted more sauce with a Stromboli ever but here I need two. Definitely going back and it’s right down town. Simply go for supper after shopping at the Asian market. Thank you for true Italian food.
So I'm giving 3 stars because the first 2 times I've been here it was so good. Both times I got white pizza. Amazing.I decided to come in tonight and try the fettuccine Alfredo with added shrimp. Here's my issue. First of all it's 16.95 for noodles and Alfredo sauce nothing else. The shrimp I added were an additional 6 bucks. For 4 shrimp... so in total 23 bucks for noodles and 4 shrimp. No salad no garlic bread. That's entirely way over priced in my opinion. Honestly I wouldn't have a problem paying that price for a decent homemade sauce and a decent amount of shrimp. The sauce was so thick like it came out of a jar Def not homade Alfredo or a parmasan sauce.

I had the pasta Vongole. It was wonderful. The sauce was light and perfectly seasoned with fresh garlic.It was just like in Italy. The garlic knots were so tempting. I ordered half dozen with the intent to eat two and I ended up eating four!I usually don’t eat bread at all.I saw a pizza delivered to the table next to mine and I’m thinking I might need to come back tomorrow.Thank you for a wonderful dinner.
Pizza was thin and crispy. Which I like. We got the four meat pizza, and split it between two. Also got the Caeser salad. It was good. The service was quick and friendly. Server was attentive, but not annoying. The place wasn't very crowded, which helped get the food out quicker. Really good taste, overall.
