I go here 3 to 4 times a week. If I don't tell them hot and fresh which I have to wait over 20 minutes, I get old dry funky looking cold chicken. My fries and biscuit always stale. The service is horrible except for one teenage young man he is always courteous.They need do an audit on this place. Just spent another $11 in there and can't eat the food and can't go back up there because I'm working. I guess I will have to hold up there line to make sure my food is right. Terrible
The employees at this Popeyes are extremely rude and it’s no secret they do not care about the job or the customers. The car in front of us returning with their food should have been the biggest red flag.
Well always good.. But for $16 you don't get much 4 or 5 pieces of chicken a small side and a biscuit they're outpriced by the competitor but I don't want the competitor. Where I go they're parking lot and drive-through is absolutely horrendous Bert Lee Hernandez pot holes Pot holes everywhere it's the worst parking lot I've ever seen in my life.
Food was good but the heat wasn't on the building was cold ny wife went and got a blanket to keep warm

For $46 paid for 4 orders. Bad aftertaste on chicken. Had to throw it out. So sad. I love Popeyes
I am not fond of popcorn shrimp but Popeyes has a fun spicy flavor. My only complaint is the price I believe had doubled in price!
I had not been to Popeye in over 2 years..And I wont be back. Half of my order was missing. The food was NOT fresh. And the food we did get isn't what we ordered. Before I could even finish my order another employee was bring the 1st half of my order to the counter. Maybe if they weren't in such a rush i would have gotten what I paid for. Never AGAIN!
Every time I have purchased food there is something missing. The fried shrimp was less than a popcorn size kernal od deep fried breading missing the shrimp. Best part is it only took 15 min. To get them.
Very bad experience ordering food here.I ordered the 3 piece “Spicy chicken strips” and what I got was 4-5 strings of COLD regular (mild) strips of chicken that had more breading than chicken it self!!They asked me what king of sauce I needed and I said (Marty grass & ketchup), I only got the Marty grass with no ketchup nor napkins and my drink had ice all the way to the top!!! So after just a few zips my drink was gone!!!This order was through the drive-through. I definitely do not recommend this place at all!
