This is the worst and only McDonald’s in the area. The excuse is always there’s only three people working. The ice cream machine never freaking works. I don’t know how McDonald’s allows this place to stay open except for the fact that it looks like he was newly built in a depression zone. There is nothing happy or fun about this place. Consistently disappointing. As the only McDonald’s in the area you would think that they would try a little harder. The level of disappointment continuously exceed expectation. This McDonald’s makes me dread driving through the area and hoping my children don’t remember that they’re hungry until we get further away. The definition of depression does not justify the expectation of this McDonald’s.
Typical fast food. No serious complaints. Good the same as every other location.
Customer service has been not so great almost every time i go to this McDonald’s. They cut you off when you try to order, they’re rude, never greet you and tonight was the last straw with going to this one. I ordered a double quarter cheese with extra onions and mustard. When i got the sandwich by the drive person just handing the bag with no greeting and find that there is no onions. I advised the lady behind the window and she got the rude manager who said what’s the problem not how can I help you. I stated i asked for extra onions and she said they don’t have any, i asked why wasn’t i told and she didn’t have an answer except for so do you want the one you handed back or not. I said no and she said so you want a new one, i said yes because it has extra ketchup which i didn’t ask for and she stated so with no onions. I said obviously since you don’t have any and she got even more of an attitude. I was told to park and wait another 5 minutes before getting a new sandwich.
I wouldn't say hate. The food tasted like it was left out for a day before cooking it. I'm hoping it was a miss and not the real representation of the location. Everything tasted kinda funny to be honest
Restroom pretty clean. New store kit is pretty well maintained. Location feels desolate and run down. Lots of loud kitchen chatter and trash processing is way too visible
Service is really really good that's a big smiles everywhere behind the mask when they show me their smile is wonderful great service
Always run through to pick up quick bites for after school pick me ups on the way to extra curricular activities and the best diet coke DeLand has to offer for me! Where else can you still get a drive thru fountain drink for $1?
Cheeseburger extra pickles and large order of French fries and frozen coke very good
Literally tasted like I was being poisoned. Food was horrible. Told my husband if I was sent to hospital to test food from there I threw out in trash.
It was amazing just until the point where I was kicked out for getting stuck in the play place.
