The workers at McDonald's want $5 more per hour but only want to work half as long, don't expect to come up to this McDonalds past 10pm and be guaranteed service, chances are you sit In the one lane they have open and ask "hello is anyone there?" Five times before you realize you should just peel out and give literally anyone else your time.
Bring back the human face to face contact as a option. The kiosk is way to confusing, doesn't take cash and after asking the manager the questions about our order she ended up taking our order at the register after all. 5 minutes later and no one was in line or eating in the restaurant.Restaurant was clean, except for the dirty terrible terrible terrible smelling trash can, that was sitting next to the soda making area. Had to ask for lemons not at the area where the tea was.
I wish 0 stars was available! This is ridiculous I came here to get me a hot fudge sundae, for starters more expensive then the new one on 472 , Halifax Crossings (Howland , Graves) and secondly where’s the all the fudge?!!!!! Please teach these people to do their jobs right!
I was craving a big Mac so I got one and it was just awful. The meat was dried out and tasteless, very little sauce and no onion. I did call the number on the receipt and talked to a person who told me that some one would call me back in an hour. Well no one called me back. I just threw 10 dollars away by ordering from Mac Donald ?
We went here this morning for the first time. I had no issue with the food itself, since it's McDonald's and we knew what to expect. The employee at the pickup window in the Drive-Thru was also very friendly, and apologized about the delay when asking us to park so they could bring the rest of our order out.However, the employee taking our order and collecting payment was not very friendly. I understand it's fast food and you're in a rush to get orders and cars through, but being a bit friendlier can make a big difference. We rarely go to McDonald's and this experience didn't make us want to come back any time soon.
First, this McDonald’s is more expensive for some reason. Second, the customer service is poor. Save your money and go to Chick-fil-A for better food and service! It is only a minute away and will be a much better experience.
Their ice cream machine was down after we placed an order. They substituted an icee instead. Food wasn't bad. Fries weren't as hot as they normally are.
Its McDonalds, what more can i say. Slow at times but the girl that works the drive-thru the majority of the time has been there forever and theres never an issue with orders when shes there.
It's McDonalds food but less quality. The few times I've been I keep ending up with at least one sandwich that looks like it was in a warming station for 3 hrs (dry and tough) and a bun that's lightly stale. Money must be getting tight if they're not rotating product properly. If you're starving it won't kill you, but avoid for regular dinner rushes. There are much better options close by. The staff are good. The product is the problem.
Everytime i come to this location someone is fightingbover drivethru postion was was even hit from behind onve and they did not evene care. Or they mess up on order or im stuck in the wait for my food space. This location sucks....ppl are nice but i just dont think its run well.
