This pizza is AWESOME!!! We first ordered pick up on Halloween and now get it once a week! Don’t change a thing about your pizza, we love it.
Order was supposed to be delivered at 6:42 pm order was delivered after contact with slice and Mario’s at 7:35. Both slice at 6:57 and Mario’s at 7:14 said order was on the way. Delivered at 7:35 and cold never had issues before and now would not order from them again after tonight a 1 star is not deserving
Don't waste your money. I already did it for you. Steak and cheese super dry. Lettuce on a sandwich is salad mix with cabbage and carrots. Threw everything away and went somewhere else.
I really don't understand I've been waiting a little over two hours for my pizza. I've called they told me 20 minutes ago it was on its way still not here at my door very disappointing I'm really hungry. This was one of the first times I've tried this pizza in a long time and it will probably be the last .
We have always received excellent service and food from Mario’s. Tonight we received an incorrect order (two orders of garlic Parmesan wings instead of one garlic Parmesan and one hot garlic) and called expecting the usual excellent service. Unfortunately, we were told that we must be mistaken and that there was nothing they were willing to do and that we ‘should just taste them’ to check! We did taste them and guess what? They are both garlic Parmesan. I’m attaching the picture below - try to spot the difference if you can! Really disappointing because we love this place and like to support local business. Do better Mario’s.
Saturday 1/15, ordered online 5:13 PM, got a confirmation text from the “Slice” network, 1 hour and 15 minutes later still no pizza, I start calling the restaurant to confirm the order went through and no answer for 25 minutes. Bank account has been charged for our order and no pizza. If they had to close due to too many employees having Covid I apologize for the bad review. Posted 2 hours and 10 minutes after the online order.
Absolutely disgusting a waste of money! I ordered for delivery at 12 didn’t get delivered till 1:30 and you know what normally it’s fine I understand lunch rush but then when I finally went to eat was unable to even open it due to how much sauce was in there, I asked for extra sauce but this is ridiculous!! It was not even edible and I was unable to get a refund. I will NEVER order from here again. This was so gross, it had way to much sauce and not appetizing at all
Its ok for pizza in fla. I would rate high but the cook was not that nice and I hate can mushrooms on a pizza.
Normally I would give Mario’s a 5 star but tonight we ordered subs and they were terrible. Steak and cheese was dry and tasteless. Not even chopped up. Just bland steak meat slabs on a roll with peppers and onions. Sausage sub had 6 tiny pieces of sausage and it was all green peppers sauce and onions. Pay 9.00 for a sub and it was worth about 3.00. Wings were good except I asked for medium and tasted like very mild. I am surprised, every time we ordered, food was good. Not this time.
I used to recommend this place.. I ordered ahead n arrived at the time they said it would be ready. They said just another minute so I sat down.. 35 minutes later I asked them what was going on, I got some ugly cold food to take home n heat up myself. They would have let me sit there all night if I hadn't spoke up..
