When I walked into the store the first thing I noticed was how clean it was... In the waiting area there are a couple of tables over to the right side and a nook to the left side with a couple of stools to eat at or wait for your order... good Customer service... I ordered there new magnifico pizza which was worth the price ($10.34 inc. tax) it was the large pizza...it was tasty the only thing is I will order it well done for more crispiness next time (just my preference.) Over all it was enjoyable ☺️
The past 3 times I’ve tried to order Marcos I’ve either gotten food that didn’t have thing I asked for on them or like tonight had to wait longer than I was suppose to. I ordered for Curbside for the very first time as I had my little one with me. I was told pick you and would between such and such time. I pulled into a parking spot and patiently waited. 5 minutes past the time went, that’s okay. 10 minutes went by so I called. I then got hung up 5 TIMES and each time they would pick up and immediately hang up the phone. I then flipped out, went inside and stood there for quite some time until I had to yell for someone to get up front and help the 10 customers who were waiting for the order. 10. The manager came up and said his ENTIRE crew minus 3 that was including himself is knew because his old crew quit. Even the ones that have been there longer showed absolutely no urgency to help anyone. So I got my refund and walked out. This was a completely irritating moment as I decided this one night to get pizza for my family which includes 5 children.
Had a meatball sub delivered, it showed up without sauce. We called to give them the opportunity to make good. They told us they would send another out. It never showed. I will never order from them again.
Worst costumer service we have ever experienced. Not even sure how the “manager” qualifies for this position as they have absolutely no clue how to manage a business. This place is dirty! No hand washing, long fake fingernails, no gloves, touching everything.
Excellent pizza, great service. This is my 3rd visit at this location. Food is ready on time each visit.
We ordered online got xl cheese pizza and 2 salads got the food fast but no dressing for the salad tried to call and have been on hold for 28 minutes so far with no response still on hold as I write this. I stayed on hold for 53 minutes and no one answered
False advertising, drink and small pizza 7.99 yet I laid 8.99 for 1 topping pepperoni….Then I leave a few business cards and they throw them away, for a small business they are not community friendly, move on. DONT BOTHER
Great staff and great food. I honestly will not buy pizza from anyone else again. their Florentine pizzas are amazing and my new all time favorite and will keep me coming back for more. The people that work here feel natural and happy to be there and are always fast and friendly. The location always looks very clean and organized. Keep up the good work
I love Marcos pizza and I was SO happy when they opened in Deland last year. I don't usually write reviews but I went in last night 2/25 on a Friday evening and the young man named Corey (I think he was the manager, I'm not sure) came over and asked if we needed anything and how the pizza was! Normally restaurant chains don't go above and beyond but he did!!!Will definitely be eating in again and I hope that young man is working. kudos to your Corey!!!! The pizza was delicious,. Love the butter garlic crust!!! I even got a pie to bring home for the next day!
