This place is a circus! Unprofessional, unfriendly and unprepared. So disappointed. I was excited to have one local, guess I’ll stick to Pub subs.
So you can either wait 30 minutes to get a sub if you go in without a online order or you can put in an online order and have it come out wrong. Staff seem like they are angry that they have to be there so I don't know what's up with that. On top of it you can't get a fountain drink cup from their online orders.
If you want to wait 30 minutes for a sub in an empty restaurant, go to this location. Usually dont leave reviews regardless of good or bad service but this place needs some serious training on customer service and speed.The team does not communicate well and it seems like no one knows exactly what they should be doing. They do not acknowledge customers who are waiting and are slow making the subs and ringing you out. Subs are delicious but not worth the wait.
So they messed up my called in order- gave my sandwich to someone else i think. So what do they do to fix it - they put my order in behind all the other orders instead of fixing the problem right away! Waited 20 minutes. Not organized or customer service oriented. Not happy!So I get home and find out that 1 sandwich is 2 haves instead of one whole roll. The next one is completely wrong and I think was the one I was supposedly waiting on - but still wrong. And the only 1 that is right was because I watched them make it and he put mayonnaise on it & had to get a new top bun. That just sums up our visit.
Not a fan of given bad reviews but i went to orange city jersey sub location last week and there where very good and seem to care.NOT in this location. They seem bother to see us walk in no one seem ready to take orders they all look down and not smiling at all. There was a young lady giving order while sitting on the floor placing sandwich wrapers on the lower shelves. Sorry we won't be back here anymore.
The worst Jersey Mike's I have ever been to. The staff seems to have an "I don't care" attitude and appears as if they don't really want to work there. Food prep is mediocre compared to other Jersey Mike's. It's a shame because I like their subs at other locations. Unfortunately, this location is closest to my home.
Customer service is so much better in orange city. I never seen my food til it was in the bag. They are the highest price sandwich in town. 16 and change for a large is outrageous
Ordered online. Simple and clear order. Got home and it’s incorrect and I have a food allergy so I had to throw it away.
If this was my first sub from Jerry mikes I would never go back. Ordered a cheesesteak and it was so salty I couldn’t eat it. Ask for little or no salt at this location!!
Man that Chipotle steak and cheese, 43 the kids call it these days, was way more dank than it has a right to be. And excellent service to boot! To Jersey Mike and his staff I say.. Bravo! Bravo i say! ???
