There was three of us that went there here for Breakfast. I ordered the Colorado Omelette with spinach, mushrooms, raw onions & extra cheese, it came with three pancakes. The only complaint I have was that I specifically requested that cheese be on the inside of Omelette not only on the top & that did not happen ??I thought it was standard for an Omelette to have cheese on the inside anyway though, guess I'm wrong? Next time I will tell them to make sure there is cheese inside & outside of my Omelette so it's to my satisfaction especially for $15!
Husband placed order for ham, 2 eggs over easy and toast. Waitress pushed a different meal that had hash browns and no ham. He said no thank you. But, guess what he was served. Yup... Hash browns no ham. Asked for them to correct her mistake but she refused. Fought with my husband until he was angry. Asked her to stop and let us be. She wouldn't stop. He then made a scene yelled for her to leave.
Had a gift card so we grabbed lunch to go. Could've been better. Service was good though. For the food and the value I generally prefer Waffle House, the Big Rig, Grams kitchen, or just about anywhere else, but IHOP is what it is and this location is as good as any other.
CC machine was down, had to wait 15 mins then had to stay while my S/O went to a ATM to grab cash. Waited a total of 35 mins AFTER I was eating just to leave. No manager addressed me or acknowledged me. Another lady was told she could come back whenever to pay but i guess because my family is multiracial we weren't trusted to leave and come back without someone staying
closes at 11pm. not 24 hours. Couldnt pickup my online order. contacting corporate
?, I love IHOP! Every time I come here with my family or whoever I always get the chocolate chocolate chip pancakes?, they are definitely a delicious delight! I definitely recommend it!!
I didn't eat here. I feel for the employees here. The heater is still broke. It's 36 degrees outside and 58 degrees inside. They are all bundled up. From what I was told by other locals. The owner doesn't take care of their store or their people. I hope the employees find a better work place.
Terrible food when we finally got it was cold!! Not good!! Will not go back took forever to get seated took forever to get food then terribly cold
