This Hardee's is pure garbage. Whoever the GM is should be ashamed of themselves. Half the time the drive thru isn't open, but there was new signage, so I thought I'd give it another shot. After waiting more than 5 minutes, with no one else in line, as I was about to drive away, I was finally greeted, only to be told to hold on. Okay, there IS someone working at this place. I waited more than 5 more minutes & they never came back on the speaker, so I drove off and went to Wendy's, which was delicious! Just give it up, Hardee's. This place isn't worth the gas station it's attached to.
So slow. Took 30 mins and there was nobody in front of us - ordered tenders and fries. They forgot the fries. Waste of time.
Not what it used to be. I have been to this establishment before and it is fast food. It is not a sit down, quiet restaurant. I recently visited during the day around 5pm and they had a sign taped onto the drive-thru speaker that read "DRIVE-THRU CLOSED" So my husband walked in to place an order to go. Not only were both of the burgers we ordered cold, they were both ice cold in the middle and we were told that they did not have much food as they had not received their recent shipment of food. So no one was in the mood to work. We did not return to return to the food as we ordered it to go, my suggestion would be a PASS on this one. Go further down the road for something else.

Horrible service lake of ambition food is never fresh even under cooked or service cold smh. Fries always hard and dry. Need new management only service is walk in
This place is a joke . There always out of items , there debit has been down for months in there drive threw. Extremely slow .I'd recommend going somewhere else than waste your time here to be told they don't have what your order or you get stuck in the drive threw for nothing because you don't have cash
Hope and Rene in the drivethru are always super nice.They make me smile first thing in the morning?
They are high up on the list for fast food in terms of the quality and flavor of the food both breakfast and lunch. I can only give them 3 stars however because they are on the slow side getting the line thru.
The combo meal #11 was chicken, but when the bag got in the van it had a fish smell to it we made sure it was chicken. When we got home and took a bite it tasted like fish so did the fry's not good ?
