Guess I should have listened to the previous reviews but no I had to try it for myself greasey tasteless don't waste your money
They have young children working the front counter which I’m pretty sure is illegal. Everyone is extremely rude and breathe hard and sigh every time you try to make an order.
This take out is the worst ever. You call your order in and they don't repeat it back to you and simply hang up. I ordered Shrimp Szechuan and when my husband came home with the food it was chicken szechuan. I called to have it redone. When I went back to get the correct order they took the old box from me and when they came with the supposedly new order the box looked exactly like the one they took from me. It looked like they simply took the chicken out of the box and replaced it with shrimp. When I asked if it was a new order they stated it was a new box. Does this look like a new box? I questioned them and they stated they gave me a new order. To top it off I had to pay an additional 57 cents more. I had to give them 1 star in order to post. However it should be negative 1000 or more stars.
Grand China in Brandywine Plaza, North Woodland, use to have good food. Not sure what happened or changed, but the past two times I have been there the food was bad. My chicken was to point it was almost burnt along with the sauce. Not flavor like it use to be. Chicken was tough. I use to overlook the unfriendliness before due to the good food. I plan not to return until I know food quality has improved.
It's convenient, but that's it really. I've ordered twice and the food was just not good: chicken way too sweet, egg roll and noodles too greasy, soup flavorless.Hate to complain over portion size, but normally with Chinese takeout you get like three servings of food, here their portions are so small (like maybe 8-10 small pieces of chicken that barely cover the bottom of the styrofoam box they use for food) it's barely one if you order just a combo and nothing else with it. Prices a little higher than other places.They are kinda short on the phone when I've called to order, and there's always a young kid working the counter, so not the best service either. Drive five minutes more and go to Wok N Roll or Top's.
I ho there a least 2x a weekI always get extra soups. They are delicious. Service is fast.

Horrible customer service. Yelled over the phone. Also, they claim Chow Mein is not a noodle dish!!
Would have been better if they got the order right. And i know it’s part my fault I didn’t check it before I left. I ordered chicken fried rice no veggie and I got pork fried rice with veggie
Went to their website, it clearly stated they deliver. Called to place order, customer service, awful. The woman on the phone made the statement. She doesn't know where I got that they deliver; but they don't. Exclaimed to woman on the phone that it is on their website if not I wouldn't have called. She then said well we don't. I said thank you and hung up. No need to spend our money on a place that is beyond rude to customers.
