I highly doubt that I have to tell anybody about Dunkin' donuts.. They have been around foreverEven though Fred no longer wakes up at 5 AM to make the donuts everything is still good and this location was no exceptionThe manager of this location went above and beyond what is expected as far as I am concerned.. They were out of the doughnut that I like the best, the young lady at the drive-through was ready to let me to let me go when someone chimed in from the back of of the store.They took 2 doughnuts off the front and made the donut I was looking for while I waited in the drive-through. I don't know many restaurants or facilities that would do that kind of thing this location gets extra points points for customer service
Management can really do better with scheduling employees at the busy times.. if other establishments can make their drive through work quicker, then Dunkin' donuts should be able to figure out some way to do the same. There are many times that I am sitting in this drive-thru over 25 minutes sometimes not even at the busy time.
Went through the drive-thur this afternoon. The guy which answers the headset sounded like he was two sheets in the wind high. Now I normal wouldn't care the least. Except this kid couldn't remember any part of the order as told to him 4-6 times. Finally someone else jumped on the headset and took the order. They also always seem to be without many flavors of ice cream. Which they must be good cause again never in stock. I'm not really one to complain. It's just I would like to have a functional person taking the order and filling it. Not to much to ask.I've only been through the drive-thur at this location so I couldn't tell you if inside service could be better or how clean the store is.Go check it out and rate your experience which I hope was better then mine.
Everything I come I sit in a line for a good 15 20 min with 4 cars in front of me. Get it together. Then, you get to the window, and employees look like they hate their job. It must be something wrong with the management!
Employees are always quite friendly and diligent. I like their app, rewards, and deals. It's always busy but they do have much longer hours than almost anywhere else.
The service is OK but when you have customers coming through the drive-through ordering food it’s common sense to put napkins in their bag, Every time I go to this Dunkin in order food I never get napkins
Awful service they never listen always end up with vanilla instead of Carmel. Then go back to fix situation and they hand me a coffee with it pouring out the side leaked all in my car and all over me. WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE . THWY ARE SORRY!!!
They are scared. Staff or manger in fear. Can't go into lobby. Many customers who walk from nearby hotel can't get service. No front counter.
Always an issue with this dunkin. The last 3 times my wife has had to have her drink remade because they can not follow basic instructions. My wife is diabetic and almost had to go to the ER the last time around when her blood sugar was through the roof. When I called the store manager said all he could do was offer a free drink even though she almost passed out while driving with my 2 children. Their lack of care and integrity could have injured my wife and kids or more.. Today we find plastic in her drink. This location needs better training, some quality control.
Slow service and I order was not right. Yet they want to charge 5 dollars for coffee and 15hr to employees. Worst dunkin in town. They have 3 locations
