We thought to give this Denny's another shot and I tell you, it's changed! From what I understand Larry is the new manager and from what we experienced, it was night and day from the last time we went. Dory was our waitress and she was attentive, super nice and on top of everything! I had the eggs Benedict and it was pretty good! My family enjoyed their meals as well ....aaaaaand we didn't wait an hour for food like we did last time! We'll be back!
Improve quality of food and management. They need to take lessons from McDonald's. I just paid $33 for breakfast and it was absolutely terrible. Would not recommend nor ever go back.
eat there anytime I'm in the area. clean dining room, clean restrooms, fast correct service, friendly waitstaff, great atmosphere, food is awesome, very reasonable prices
So we went here on 03/06/2022 right after church. It was also Bike Week, so there were quite a few people in the restaurant.My wife and I have worked in food service before, so we could tell that there were far more customers than staff available. We went in knowing that and were patient about the potential wait and possibility of some items not being available.Our server was fantastic; not only was she very friendly, but she consistently checked on our cups to make sure our drinks were refilled. The food came out great (compliments to the cooks), and management also asked us how everything was at the end.I'm giving this Denny's location 5 stars, mostly because despite them being frazzled and the orders taking just a little longer than normal, the staff powered through and still made sure everything was great.The most unfortunate part were some other customers yelling at the staff for taking too long; it was unnecessary, given the circumstances. And still, all of the employees were very friendly.I ask anyone reading this who is not patient with waiting, to please be patient with food service staff, especially when there is either a staffing shortage or busy events going on in the area. The staff are humans, too, and while it can be a little tough to wait a bit longer than normal, showing some patience goes a long way in keeping their morale boosted.
We must have came in during shift change. There were 3 gentleman and 1 lady working. The gentleman conversation was loud enough to hear. They were taking turns going to smoke Molly. This is horrible in itself. When my food came out it was burned. I looked into the kitchen there was a gentleman all high on Molly. The pun to it was my waitress name was Molly as well. She was fantastic as far as dennys goes. I've actually met the owner and he stated you can't hire anyone there that isn't hooked on something illegal. It's sad to think an owner would know the issue and turn an eye to it.
We stopped for breakfast. Large selections to include vegetarian items. Something for everyone. Waitress friendly and attentive. Food was very good. Restaurant clean. A nice experience. We will return.
They have a working heater and AC unit. (IHop across the street doesn't)They have crepes and grits too, I didn't know that before. Beautiful people to take care of you. Coffee is just right ☕ Not to hot, smooth and not burnt mud. ? Crepes are wonderful, eggs cooked perfect. Great Job Crystal!
Middle of the night bites. Dined in at 1:30am and Ray Shonda went above and beyond. She corrected whatever issues there were that came from the kitchen. She took care of the other guests, front register, the rest of our meal and everything else. If I didn’t know any better I could swear that she cooked the rest of our meals too. All while keeping a smile on her face and an upbeat attitude. It’s people who are putting their all into their job that keep you coming back. And I have. Thank you Ray Shonda M. we came in kinda late in the night but they still had amazing service! even with just the 3 of them there, Ray and Bri were very nice and we hall good conversations, and mike makes some really amazing food this is an amazing sandwich! I hope they keep up the amazing work!!
