I have ordered from them twice. Both times ordered a chicken burrito bowl, both times, they only gave me chicken, and nothing else. Both times I checked my receipt, my order online, all correct, and I literally just got chicken with nothing else in the bowl. I don't mean they gave me too little, I mean it was only chicken. My burrito bowl was a bowl, with only chicken in it. Definitely will not order from them again.
The fact that I can't get a hold of a live person is frustrating. The app does let me place any extra vinaigrette sauces and now I can get a hold of a live person to just ask them to just add 2 more of the vinaigrettes and I can't leave my house because my kids are sleeping. I won't be ordering from Chipotle in any location at this point
I ordered chips vacamole and tacos with all they offered. It was great! We had an order of two it was well worth it. I ordered they DoorDash, and it was perfect. Thankyou for dinner. We will definitely be back again and again. 6/18/2022
This chipotle is def the worst one I’ve ever been to. I’ve been there prob 5 times cuz I try to give them a chance since they are close to my house but every time it’s terrible. Every time I go in there the are where they make your bowls is a complete mess. The red beans look like they’ve been sitting there for 4 hours too long. I order my good, drive home 5 mins away and by the time I get home my food is COLD! it’s just all around terrible. Something needs to change at this location cuz it is not the spot to go. New management maybe is what needs to happen and everything will trickle down after that. If I could I’d give this place a 0.

DO NOT ORDER! I love Chipotle but with that being said I have never ordered online. They completely messed everything I ordered up and looks like they split or ate most of a meal. When I called they said there is nothing they can do. Never had this happen ever. Then the manager gets on the phone completely miserable and hung up while I was explaining what happened saying she's not going to argue and its not her fault I ordered from there. Smh. This is why you see video's of people going inside these places and fighting employees and trashing the place. This is so horrible and they are basically just stealing from people. Cant imagine how many other people this has happened to.
As the chipotle lover I am, I love that this chipotle is local but most it is unfortunately the most inconsistent chipotle I have ever been to. I now drive all the way to the Sanford location just to avoid this location. Out of every 10 bowls, I probably have about four good ones. The rice is usually not cooked right, and I find a lot of fatty chicken. Just sucks because when it’s good, it’s really good, but this location has been too inconsistent.

This is the only chipotle location that I’ve always have issues with the food. I always order a bowl and The chicken was ok but the rice has always been uncooked not just a little piece here and there but like all of it to the point I couldn’t eat it at all. I tried more than once thinking maybe it was just a bad day but it was the same issue with the rice everything else was fine but the rice still uncooked.
