The curbside service is the absolutely worst. Iv3 used it twice today, the first time took roughly 25 minutes after the order was placed and it was around dinner time si I can excuse it, it was busy. However, my second order for my husband was closer to closing and very slow.. after waiting 30 plus minutes, I finally walked instead and asked about my order.... oh its ready, just sitting there with a good 5 people standing around. It was an absolute joke.
I forgot my drink. The Chick-fil-A sauce cups are now halved. I don't know when that started. They gave me two. I didn't have enough for my very itty bitty little chicken nuggets that they serve now. And it's so expensive. I got to enjoy a meal because my boss handed out a couple Chick-fil-A cards. I didn't have to order the Chick-fil-A sandwich. But a drink, five piece chicken nugget, and large waffle fries where $8.49. I can't go there anymore because I can't afford it in my budget. Fast food places are just too expensive now.
one of my favorite fast-food chains and this location in DeLand is great. there’s indoor seating, curbside pick-up, and 2 lanes for drive-through. as expected, the staff is super polite and friendly, the food is always good. i’ve worked with this location for catering orders too- always had a great experience in terms of the food itself and the order being correct, however, they’ve been late on a couple of occasions. regardless, i’d still recommend them for catering orders or just a quick, casual meal.
Took about 17 minutes to get through the line 4 people pulled up in the adjacent line next to me and got service before me it’s taking longer and longer and less they have their people out there doing their thing. Food is OK, but Chick-fil-A is losing my business with their business views politically and their long time of service. Deleting the app going to tropical smoothie ..

We dined in. (Late lunch - a little after 3 on a Monday) Service was friendly. Food was delivered to our table fast. It tasted wonderful!I dont think you can go wong with whatever you order here.

I love Chick-fil-A! Even when the drive thru line wraps the building, the employees get you in and out and are always friendly.
This honestly is the Chic fil a with the fastest drive throughout the experience you can get. Unfortunately though my wife convinced me to do curbside instead and what a mistake. I parked in the designated area and watched as easily 35-40 cars got in line made their orders and were on their way. I on the other hand sat there for 25 min or so before they brought out our order which had I just drove through would have been a 5 minute wait at max. Lesson learned stick to what you know works.
Always amazing here, quick, reliable, delicious. It is absolutely amazing when you get drive through and don't feel obligated to check your order because you know it'll be right
