I didn't eat here at all, but as I was passing by there was a spectacle out front so I had to pull over and watch as a team of cops tried to calm down some drunk guys that were screaming at each other. The cops did nothing, left, the guys started cursing each other out again, so the cops came back and did nothing again. I wish I could post the video. So if you are looking for a show while you eat, this Checkers might be the one for you.
I had placed an order here through door dash, my order never came. My dasher waited for almost an hour and a half for my order to be completed, was handed my food and then drove off. They unassigned themselves fromy order and stole my food, when I had a new dasher assigned, they were told that checkers wouldn't make my order again because someone else had already picked it up. I had even called the store to see what exactly the problem was but no one picked up the phone. I usually enjoy the food here when I go in and get it myself, I don't think they can handle mobile ordering.
Usually fast service and good food. I know the employees put an effort in to the product and the service they provide.New visit on 2/24/22 2:30ish drive thru - Great service and the sandwich was nicely done Checkers! BBQ Bacon Mother Cruncher Chicken Sandwich. Going to see if I can have it no bread next visit... Maybe they could add a chicken salad version of this sandwich type. ?
Always a good place to grab food. Too bad their workers don't get paid enough. They deserve $15 and more an hour.
After not going to this business for more than 15 yrs....I remembered why today. Absolutely horrible! Service was good but food.... Not so much
I wouldn't really come at night since most of the time the crew is just playing around and it takes over 30 mins for you to actually get your food even with short lines.
Hey had a really bad experience at the location in DeLand Fl. Customer service was absolutely terrible and employees were clearly high. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was ignored by the manager who could clearly hear me. The employees then called me the b-word which is incredibly inappropriate in customer service. I work in at a restaurant and would be fired immediately if I treated customers the way your employees treated me.
I’ve been craving chocolate shakes so checkers is right around corner and for past 3 nights I been getting one. IMO it’s a good shake. I also ordered the brownie type dessert. Strange name but definitely stops the craving for munchies LOLAlmost forgot to mention, there is a young lady by the name of Paris and she was so sweet the first night I went through the drive-thru That she is the one that talked me into that sweet brownie . Long story short we now have dialogue LMAO. Terrific worker. Very kind young lady don’t find that much anymore she was so pleasant I had to tell her manager not only once but twice of course different managers ✌??
This is the worst checkers I've ever been to. I still go often because it's close to my work. They raised their prices and the service has gotten worse. They regularly give me the wrong order. One time the cashier yelled at me for changing my order when I asked her to correct her mistake. If I had other fast food options near my work I would never go here again. They are rude and can't even get your order right when you're the only car in the drive through. If there's more then a couple cars don't bother stopping or you will wait 30+ minutes. I think they can only cook 1 burger at a time. I'm going to start ordering from Chili's. I can get a burger, fries, drink and appetizer for $10.99 vs spending more at this checkers for the wrong food order. This place is pathetic.
Get chili on your burger. It's good. Only thing is there's not really an easy bathroom to use so if y'all have to walk near the bushes in the back, tread lightly. Just saying.
