I love the blackened fish grilled .. yasss with that bread ain’t nothing nice!!!ok: I went back and rice was crunchy as usual, veggies were cold and bread was the worst ever. sorry thought they had gotten better, but nothing to see here! ? 6/1 could only eat the fish after i had them remake it. Soggy inedible shrimp Worst meal in history. Corn was definitely left out( from yesterday) ) and still served.THIS IS MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT PLEASE HELP MAKE SURE YOUR FOOD IS FRESH AND U HAVE TIME FOR REMAKES WHEN VISITING HERE. The girl even had an attitude and gave us the wrong drink!
I arrived at opening it took a few minutes extra to get my order but food and service at drive thru was great! Fish sandwich was enormous two people can eat it.DeLand Capt D's is are go to for fish, hush puppies and coleslaw.
I love the country southern style white fish meal? I wish they would have the southern whitefish strips on the menu full time.. It's only during when they run a promotion for them..
The best and affordable fish restaurant in Deland, Florida. We only attend Captain D's for our fish dinners. Take out is easy and quick!.

The amount of max and cheese you get here for 2.68 is absolutely trash. Also the max and cheese. The corn might has well be canned. Though it’s on a Cobb??? That’s how mushy it was. But my mother loves the fish??♀️
The seafood restaurant we chose for Valentine's Day was naturally packed as we had to head out late so we decided to try Captain D's. The staff were all very friendly, the items were served timely, and all our food was delicious! My husband said the lobster rolls were quite good for the price. Thank you for our holiday seafood meal that was reasonably priced:)
Great value seafood. We order the southern style white fish. Always hot, fresh, mild. Not to impressed with the veggies served.
The prime are smaller and the speed s little slow but I love the flavor of Captain D's.
Purchased chicken tenders and shrimp with fried ocra. It was around 2pm. The tenders were all dried out and the shrimp was soaking in grease. I got a really bad stomach ache. Think I'll stick with Zackbys for now on.
