At this Burger King in this location it improved. They have a manager that's in there and the food quality came out a lot better than I've tasted in a while. I was able to enjoy my food very much the restaurants clean stuff is friendly again I'm very happy for that and they were quick to serve you. And the food temperature was cooked very well I was very impressed with this Burger King at this location. I would recommend this Burger King
We were driving through the city and needed some impossible burgers ASAP. Lol The girls who worked a shift around 1:30pm on 5/21/22 were great! Poor things had to deal with a long line @ drive thru AND handle the front counter. There was a wait, yes BUT my fries were hot and fresh, the soda wasn't watered down at all , and they were very nice. All I could remember was when I worked fast food and how people don't realize how stressful it can be. But they kept it going. Kudos to them!
Staff was wonderful but the condition they were working in was crazy! N the food was alright
BurgerKing fish sandwich used to be a favorite. I stopped ordering it, because it was such a lottery,. Good/ hot or more often old/ cold. Today, only car in line, ordered the 2-4-$ fish, pulled up paid and was handed a bag. I always check before leaving... Sure enough. Ice cold. Had to knock on the window and tell them to try again. Rude response. Ask for manger She''s not here today? Well, you have a problem, because I'm not leaving. Threatening to call cops. Go ahead. You'll do NO business, while I sit here.. untill you make 2 hot fish sandwich, so you should hurry up and get started. and sure enough 15 min later, hot fish showed up. I hate to be a jerk. But you cant refund my order, since --- officially -- you can't take food back? Yet when the next guy gave me the hot fish, he asked for the old cold back? Lol. You cant even complain anymore. BK website gets no response. Corp BK HQ ph# is impossible to find. No one cares. No one wants to hear complaints, because they know and don't care. While I sat there, they told car after car behind me they were closed early today...
This is the second time this month I’ve visited BK in Deland and both times were atrocious. I waited in the drive thru 36 mins. It took 7 mins to even get a response on the speaker to order! I would’ve pulled around but I was held hostage in the line by other cars. Just as the line moved…One of the female staff members popped out the back door to smoke (skunk smelling substance)? and yell about her frustrations- citing the big order they received that set them back. I’m not confrontational or impolite. I don’t think addressing staff as a patron is appropriate since I’m not their direct supervisor. I guess this is another knuckle-headed confirmation that fast food is bad and I shouldn’t be spending money on places that suck so bad!!! Seriously? Gas prices do not permit this level of inconsiderate incompetence! Ugh ?
Order a Whopper the bread was soggy ,the fries were cold and stale. got a medium Coke that was flat couldn't even drink it. couldn't finish the Whopper the mayonnaise taste sour. my buddy ordered a large meal they gave him a medium fry instead of a large, also he ordered a milkshake they said the milk machine was down after he already paid for that milkshake. offered him a pie as a substitute but didn't split the price between the pie and a large milkshake. Above all terrible service.
Absolutely pathetic here. They don't have biscuits for breakfast, don't know how to listen, didn't give me a receipt and charged me double for what they did put on my order. Avoid this bk like the plague!
if I could rate this store it would be a negative 100 it is ran by junkies that shoot up in the bathroom Michelle is the manager my husband was just up there and because I guess he was black and yes I'm pulling the race card she refused to serve my husband called the cops on him and then tried to say that he was trying to quote unquote Rob them yet all they wanted to do was trespass him and they caught him on camera quote unquote robbing them but yet refuse to show us or the police video footage that way if he was robbing them he would go to jail so I'm hoping they're ready for a lawsuit this place is nothing but junkies and addicts and it needs to be shut down disgusting
The service I was given there was great had a problem with an order an the manager Keith fix the order an also was a kind person at hand ? I definitely will be going back to that burger king again!!!
Everything I come to this location the staff are friendly the frys and burgers are always fresh and there lobby is always clean and inviting.
