Very negative experience overall: three drink orders, all three wrong. One order for almond milk was made with regular dairy milk, which had unfortunate results (and could have been a potentially life-threatening allergy!). Service was very unfriendly and made me feel like I did something wrong by having the nerve to want coffee. I wrote an email to customer service, but received no response. I don't want anything for free, but some acknowledgement would be nice.

Love everything about Boston Coffee House. The décor is perfect and the coffee style antiques are intriguing. My husband and I were in Deland and had lunch here. The coffee was excellent and our lunch was delicious. Can't wait to go back. Their desserts are incredible.
While the offerings of this quaint coffee shop are presented beautifully, I cannot speak to the quality of their handcrafted beverages or their food items.

In town for a quick visit, my daughter suggested we go waaaay before lunch and I'm glad she did - the place was PACKED at 11am! We got the last table. Service was quick and friendly and our food came out amazingly fast for as busy as they were. We had a variety of sandwiches and a bowl of chicken velvet soup. My daughters were both happy with their selections, however, my tuna melt was boring and lacked flavor. It tasted like it was just minced tuna on bread. I might have been happy with it if the cheese was hot and gooey, but the entire sandwich was tepid. We were salivating over the dessert case and plan on hitting that the next time we're in town. This is a quaint, popular place and I can certainly see why! Just a heads up, it was extremely NOISY in there and it is cramped. I would not suggest bringing in a wheelchair, children or a stroller during rush hours.
