Waited in line behind a family of 5 for approximately 20 minutes while one employee out of 4 I saw was actually working. One of the others was playing a game on his tablet right behind the counter.I ordered 2 dipped waffle cones with a chocolate scoop, and a vanilla milkshake. They were out of dipped waffle cones, and vanilla ice cream. So I changed my order to one regular waffle cone with chocolate, a kids special shark cup, and a shake with rocky road. I was then told that they were out of the shark kids cups but they had turtle so I got that. The rocky road was marked incorrectly and was something else I didn't want. So I changed my shake to some awful chocolate flavor since my other items used the last of the regular chocolate.The kids turtle cup was supposed to have a special cup with a turtle shell cookie and special themed sprinkles. It came in a regular cup with regular sprinkles. Overall it was a terrible experience and I won't be returning to this store. It's terribly mismanaged and, honestly; corporate needs to step in. They also only had 22 flavors instead of the 31 they're supposed to have. There's a dairy queen across the street, and an ice cream place downtown that's closer to my house.

They didnt have half the stuff I asled for and still charged me wouldnt refund my money. I asked for a smoothie and they for real just put mangos in my cup. Didnt even blend it ... I wont be going back ever and to think I got there like every day. Very rude today.
Very upset! I just ordered by DoorDash , the person who bring the order in was by the name of Tristan , I order snacking bacon & they gave me a wake up wrap , I ordered a medium ice coffee with caramel swirl , French vanilla shot & cream a sugar & they didn’t put sugar at all , no caramel and very less cream , I also ordered a medium passion fruit drink , I don’t know if they restock the ice , but my drink taste like water.

Even though the governor says we don't have to wear masks they will still turn you away ..... This place causes accidents traffic jams and is such a nuisance to the neighborhood it's in

This place is excellent they never screw up an order the coffee is always hot if Jesse is cooking you're always guaranteed a good sandwich and the staff there is always friendly and smiling Donuts or doughnuts ice creams ice cream
