We stopped here for lunch on a Thursday afternoon. The food was outstanding, wonderful combinations of flavors, textures, and colors. The Allissyn Wonderland hamburger was delicious and huge! French fries were fresh, fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Plaintains were perfectly cooked. The converted warehouse(?) was charming. I would have rated it 5-stars except for the lack-luster service - adequate, but not welcoming.
Unbelievable yummy amazing food. I had the best peanut butter cookie of my life! My photos are of all my food gone because it was too good to stop and take a photo, LOL! Had the halibut sandwich.
Good option of healthy choices. My food was good, however my husband was disappointed with his. The wait for the food to arrive was ridiculous, people who are dinning in should take precedence over to go orders. Waiting over an hour just to be served is absolutely outrageous, I understand places get busy but that was a little much for to go oders . Not to mention that we waited thirty minutes just to be seated then waited over an hour for the food to come out. My husband will not allow us to go back.
Amazing menu. Everything was delicious and we could have easily made a meal out of the sides alone. We had the crispy chickpeas, beets and feta, and the curry eggplant special. After we finished lunch we had to run back and try the desserts which were equally tasty. We are visiting from Seattle and would definitely come back on our next visit!
Excellent & Amazing, fresh food! Had the Left Hander & it was the most flavor filled burger I've ever had. Service was also excellent & friendly. Also their salads are revitalized, dressing made from scratch. You honestly can not go wrong with anything on the menu.If you want an added experience sit at the bar and watch the Artisan at work. Bottom line don't miss this little hidden gem in DeLand FL. Our favorite Friday night restaurant and become one of my go-to favorites in DeLand.Kudos to all Team BakeChop! ?
I was pleasantly surprised! The Jenny was amazing. And the chef kindly made it with the vegan aioli instead of the regular. The crispy bean salad blew me away. I’ve never had chickpeas prepared like that. My only complaint is that the fries were on the salty side for my liking. But so impressed with the flavors and unique dishes here
