We have a great coupon sheet with many choices that's good until 5/31. I chose the classic roast beef sandwich w/ the Arby's & "horsey" sauces, crinkle fries & soda. Hubby loves the rueben w/ some of my fries (on a restricted diet, but cheats a little). This "coupon" meal only ran $10.72! A blessing in today's economy ... I also love the jamoca shake ... it's quite good ...
I've dined in and carried out at this location everyone so far seems to be very nice courteous, stores clean inside outside didn't smell. I have enjoyed Arby's through out the years.We all know and understand how even just 1 person can make you and your money go somewhere else. This Arby's is a good thing, enjoy..
The fish was good. But the DeLand drive thru is very tight. You cannot make a normal turn in a full size pick up truck without backing up back and forth to drive around the turn without backing up and turning aggressively to avoid hitting the curbs...
The dining area was clean. Stopped for just a quick rest from a motorcycle ride and got a jamoca shake. They do something here other Arby's don't do -- they add whipped cream and chocolate sauce on top. It was absolutely delicious. Will definitely make this a regular stop from now on.
They could not get the payment to process. It would say it did then it didn't. This was with more than one card. Then we didn't get part of our order and part of it was incorrect which we didn't notice until we were home. That was only because we were so frustrated with the whole payment situation. And their lack of knowing what to do or understanding how to fix it... Luckily one of us had some cash which we normally don't.
Don't know how the corporates determine the menu Items. But everything is good. For afternoon hold over snak. They have 1 dollar sliders between 1-5 in the afternoon. Also, the snack shakes are very adequate.
Service was good, no waiting time and the food was tasty the only issue that I have is that we got the scraps of the curly fries.
As always the big beef and cheddar is a great way to hit a lunch especially if you get yourself with your milkshake to go with it. Very very rarely does Arby's ever disappoint
I ordered meal #1 (and a couple packs of sauce) at the drive up. Just got my sandwich and drink...no fries and no sauce. Had to drive around and go inside to ask for my fries. Employees were unapologetic and showed no courtesy. I was disappointed with the help and that my sandwich was cold when I got home.
You will love it . Some may not. Christmas is here and good food is there.
