So bad in every way. Floor filthy and sticky, people waiting on to go orders for over an hour and a half. Gave me 1/3 of my order and realized they gave my order to someone else. I’m now waiting an hour for a to go order that was paid on line. They write our names down and instead made orders for people who had not yet arrived. Looked unsanitary how they individual package the dressing in the dining room, using a ladle and no gloves. The second time they only gave me half the order so I sat here while the wings got cold for the orders of fries. So so terrible.

So, ordered the food online and when got home, all boneless wings burnt, fries mushed and tossed in the paper bag, along with a bitten tender as shown in the picture below. Employees are rude and lazy. The place is dirty. When asked to refund my money the manager alleged that it will take 10 days for me to see the money back. Absolutely disgusting. I wish I could give -10 stars.

Save yourself the trouble. DO NOT order from this Wingstop. I’ve been ordering from Wingstop for many, many years, and for the most part it’s been good. This location had THE WORST customer service ever. Food never showed up, and the local Deerfield Beach store said it wasn’t their problem because it’s not their delivery driver. But I ordered through YOUR MOBILE APP!!!!!!!!!! Figure it out Wingstop. So, so, so bad. Epic FAIL.

No, just no. I ordered this when they opened around 11 am to get it for a children church party. The dasher arrived...the order was not ready. They waited and waited. 11:45...order still not done. The dasher asked how much longer for me because our service was ending at 12:30 pm. They said 10 more minutes. 10 minutes later, still not done. At 12:07, the dasher finally received my order and said he was on the way and would go as fast as he could. Of course, I did not want him to get into an accident, so I told him please drive safe. It was ridiculous that he even felt he had to do that. So, if you dare to order ahead from this place only do so when you’re not in a hurry, you can pick up the order yourself, or (better yet) choose a completely different restaurant altogether. You're welcome!

Placed an order online, store put up a sign on door that they closed at 7pm. My order was placed at 7:07pm. Called the store and was told they did not have a way to see my online order or refund my money. Credit card was charged, called the store and they will process my refund within 5 days. Still waiting for my refund. This location has the worst customer service. I can only imagine how many other customers are experiencing the same situation.

Avoid this location! Waited 45 mins in store after placing an online order. Got home, missing wings and fries were super greasy. Tip for teenagers: grease must be hot before dropping food in. Went back, got the wings. No sauce, no flavor. Wasted over an hour at this location. Please do yourself a favor and go to the Coconut Creek store where they actually know how to prepare the food properly.

This place is absolutely filthy. The soda machine is disgusting and is very thick in syrup when it comes out and has not been cleaned in a while as you can tell by eye. They gave me the wrong order twice which means I had to wait twice for the correct order. The staff doesn’t really care for their appearance neither the restaurants. Someone needs to get this place together or close it down. Only reason I am giving two stars is because when they FINALLY got the order correct the food was okay.

I moved y’all up a few stars, the last few orders with this business was rough, but this order today was very much appreciated! I ordered around 6-something and got my order 7:02, fresh! No complaints…..thanks for this, truly!

If I could give a 0 I would. Stay away from here! Usually order Wingstop when I travel to South Florida. This time I was staying at Deerfield Beach so placed an online order. Said it would take 50-55 min, after an hour and a half passed I tried calling the store and no answer. I ordered at 7:52, it was 10:20 when my order was delivered and I was missing half of my order and not the correct flavors!I tried to cancel online and it said you have to call the store to cancel but when I call the store the phone wasn't working. I tried having the doordash driver tell them I want to cancel because I have waited over 2 hours and the store associate said their phone will be off and that it was my fault for ordering 100 wings! I recieved my order 10:20 and the store closed at 10:30. I was charged $119 and only received half my order! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Never again!

Worst service ever! Order is NEVER done on time. I placed an online order before the store opened for 5pm pick up, I've been waiting for over 25 mins past 5 pm and my order is still not ready. An $80 order placed 6 hours before pickup and this place still can't get things right. No offer of doing anything at all to make up for the time wasted when I placed my over 6 HOURS before pick up. Don't waste your time or money. Just drive a little further to another location for better service.UPDATE: Just got my food 3 and 1/2 hours after my scheduled pick-up time and 9 and 1/2 hours my order was placed.
