I just went thru drive thru. Asked for the burger with bacon. She said she did not know which one. Told her what it was and ordered 3. Order a small nuggets to which she said the one with four and she said yes. She had a terrible attitude for customer service. When we got to pick it up I was only charged $9. I looked in the bag and they did not have 3 burgers; only one and she said that is what I ordered, Ialso did not have the nuggets for which I reminded her that she asked me exactly for how many. I asked to speak to the manager and she ignored me. I then asked again and she said that she was the manager. I told her that she had a very bad attitude and she snarked back at me that I should know the menu before ordering. This is a very bad experience for me and doubt I will ever use again..
I would give this location a negative rating if I could... unprofessional unfriendly manager Gina with no respect for customer service arrived at Wendy's at 8:47 and sas treated like i was not a customer paying for proper service. It clearly says on the door in room dining open till 9pm but the manager who was still serving customers inside the store. Say it was more important to argue with me about not having enough cashiers to take orders and I should be forced to stay in the drive through with a four car pile up when I was in a rush to get home then decided with her disgusting attitude to lock me out after I had already placed my order with her and refused to allow me access to the store to retrieve my food while she still had access to my card. Wendy should be ashamed with so many people out of work they can't hire a better manager to represent there store properly.... she then had me waiting over 10 mins outside the store waiting to recieve my food as if I still had to go through the drive thru just to get my food. You'll workers act as of they own the store and there not a stand that they have to represent the company with. I'll never purchase a single thing from any Wendy's again in my life the food was not prepared well and I wish I had just went to Macdonald where customer service always come first.
Not exactly service! How can you eat when it’s packed like this. Slowly walking employees without paying attention to orders. Omg!!! In my order 10 pcs of nuggets two portions I got only 7 pcs!!!!! This place should change all employees!!!! I came to the counter 3 times for missing sauce, for 7 pcs and there in no reaction!!!
Staff is friendly, Did online drive thru pick up. Forgot my sauce for chicken nuggets, and "double stack" only had one patty. Make sure you unwrap and check order rather than just count items.
It was as cholesterol inducing as it should be!!! I enjoyed my food. As a fat person, I'm Just happy when my order is correct and the food doesn't make me sick!!!!
Food was cold nuggets was brunt and I didn't even get the right order. Zero stars will never eat from this Wendy's again
I am not a fast food lover but i had an appointment and was hungry so I drove thru Wendy's. I ordered their number combo, burger, fries and a drink, not bad $8Burger was just fair but the fries were very good.
Went yesterday and it took 10 min to someone come to me to take my order. The girl was at her break and nobody else there could help me. When she finishes, she came walking so slowly, she barely look at my face. I sit to eat, and 5 min later she scream to me saying that they were closed and that I have to leave right now. I said can we finish eating? She was with attitude to her manager saying: you're the manager, tell her to leave. Well, if someone have helped me when I got there, I will be finished by that. I am not used to write reviews, but i felt there that they were doing me a favor, giving me free food. I like the food, but won't be back to be treated like that.
I decided to give Wendy's another chance after many years since I heard the ad that they have better fries than McDonald's now. Also they were guaranteed to be hot if not to let them know. Today I stopped at this location and when I got my bag I checked the fries and they were lukewarm. I brought this to there attention and they took them back and a few minutes later i got them back and drove away. They were hot but they had just been dropped back into the fryer. Now they just tasted like grease sticks. I won'tbe going back again.Looks like they would not advertise something that all locations can't do.
