Good grub. The Whale Fries, which are more like chips, are the best, especially when combined with the whale sauce!! And the garlic rolls are ?. I only wish they offered better salads. They're still fresh tho. And it's a little more expensive than I want it to be, but you're really paying for service, ambiance, and mostly the fact that you're eating good quality food by the beach. But still one of our favorite places. Took MIL here for some good FL seafood and she loved it. Yum yum.
Nice location near the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall the food was very good. Just a note that the Dolphin Fish and rice and beans were a bit bland. And for me the baked clam appetizer was a little too salty. Parking is tight, but the attendant was very helpful.
read reviews, not sure what I expected, but felt really rushed through the meal. We expected that it was probably more than what it was, but the scallops were very good.
Four of us had a late lunch on a Wednesday and it did not disappoint. The whale fries are hand cut daily and delicious. The menu has something for those who enjoy the taste of the shore as well as those who don't. Service was prompt and friendly, including the manager, who chatted with us for a bit. Our server was Colin and was on point. The smoked fish dip can't be passed up-and I'm not typically a fan of smoked fish! You won't regret eating here. We will be back on our next visit to the area.
Amazing seafood restaurant! Every fish you can think of is on the menu including raw bar which was SO fresh!!! This was our favorite dinner all week! It’s a must try. Something for everyone and prices are so fair!
The inside seating was very tight for a family of four. The decor was very interesting to look at, not in a bad way, but it gave it a sense of longevity and character. My kids enjoyed the mac and cheese and hotdog. The stuffed shrimp was ok, but the shrimp are small with very little stuffing. The shrimp scampi tasted odd unfortunately.
Food was not worth recommending. After cutting the black spots out of my baked potato I tried my group per wrap and fish was soggy, the fixing were bland. The ceasar didn’t taste fresh.
Ivan was amazing. He made us feel at home. With his customer service and great communication skills I will definitely be back.
We waited for over 1 ½ hours for a table, the service was bad, the food was the WOSRT food I have EVER had at a restaurant. I had the Wahoo sandwich -- the fish was dry and over cooked, the bun was bigger than the basket (i.e all bread, little fish). The oysters were small and tasteless, the Rock Shrimp was greasy and hard to eat. All in all it was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had in Florida.
This restaurant was great. Very casual dining. It was just one mile away from our hotel, Embassy Suites and Resort. The menu consist of mainly seafood, but it’s all good. I had the rock shrimp which were AWESOME!!!
