This location it’s the best in the area , I travel 20min to get my TB cravings exclusively from here , I’m not sure but I think it’s the new staff , there’s always a good vibe and my items most with mods. comes exactly as I ordered , nothing missing , it’s quick and most of the time fresh and well made , veery generous with the fillings compared to others around .
The food looks nothing like the pictures. I get that we live in a modern, ever changing world but this place along with others now carry a huge computer that looks like a mobile phone in the lobby where you order your food from with no help at all from a human unless you complain really loud! The visually impaired must hate coming in here. It is complicated, takes time which in my opinion if you are paying with a card ordering in the app is easier and atleast you can take your sweet time without pressure from the next person behind you tapping his foot because the person in front of him(yeah me) is taking too long.I ordered the Mexican pizza because I haven't had it in like 2 years or so. Man, it was on my mind since I saw the commercial. Ha! When I got it, it looked like a box of slop. The refried beans ran like water, the tomatoes were a very light red, hardly any meat and a single black bean just greeted the pizza even though there should not be any black beans. It was supposed to crispy so that you could pick it up. I had to eat it with a fork oh, which by the way they never have anymore when you ask at this location. I asked for Diablo sauce...no sauce so had to go and ask for it. Also returned the pizza. They made a new one for me. It was the same soggy and watery beans and no meat hardly.I was hungry and far from the next Taco Bell. I ate what I could and drank the mostly ice and water Baha Blast before throwing it and the rest of the Mexican Pizza out. I will not be back to visit this location for a while. My experience here just made me make a Mexican Pizza for dinner from a recipe from Google. I am not happy.
They are so rude here! So we walked in and were the only ones in the lobby. No hello or even eye contact, ok, whatever. You have to use a kiosk to order and we do. We waited about twenty minutes with no acknowledgement, even said hi to one worker and was ignored. Finally one worker comes up with a bag and yells something, I had to ask three times before coming to understand it was somebody else's name. So I told her no it's Jo.. we're getting restless and start talking about leaving, she asked what the name is, like I hadn't just told her. We ended up walking out, we went to Tijuana flats. Paid a little more but got much better food and friendly service. ?
Was the worst experience I ever had,When we walked in not a single hello or anyting,That may give us the wrong order and we walked out with no respect at all would not recommend this Taco Bell to anybody
This location is always the worst. Last time I went through the drive through and they forgot half my order and drink. This time I order chicken soft taco supreme and Mexican chicken pizza and it shows up with beef and chicken. I was so hungry after working a long day and didn’t feel like waiting as the order took some time already. All I wanted to do is sit down and enjoy a meal. There was a employee on break in the lobby which is fine but she was on speaker or FaceTime with her boyfriend dropping F bombs and using the N word loud to catch my attention. I don’t feel is this is business appropriate while you’re representing your company in their uniform.
Waited in line for 20 minutes and the line only moved up 1 car. Left for KFC and made it back home in 5 minutes with my good. I’ll never get that time back, this 1 star is deserved. That being said, I’m sure I’ll be dumb enough to go back..
This is my third time to this Taco Bell drive thru. Each time it's been poor customer service and they have gotten my orders wrong. I don't get what I ordered. Not coming back.
Hand written sign on register that reads: order from Kiosks. I did not notice the sign until standing there for little over 5 minutes. Every one was laughing and socializing in creole. No one said: maam, I'll be right with you, or how can I help you. Socializing, but by the way they were activitly working too. Then finally I saw the sign and said to them you only take order on the kioas? No face to face order, so if I didn't say something, no one would even recognize my presence.
What a joke fast food there is nothing fast it was slow and long line waited 20 minutes from the time we ordered not acceptable
ZERO stars if I could, worst Taco Bell in the area! Absolute garbage!
