Me and my mother went to your restaurant last Saturday for dinner and we were treated so wonderful so I want to let you know that you must keep employee Joe , because he is the sweetest man and he made sure that we had everything and everything we needed. Now that's why I am letting you know that you might want to keep him. Thank you ?
Cashiers at this location don't give receipts when I pay cash. Tonight the cashier asked every customer from the drive through to continued to the window and he took orders at the window, and then sent every car to the front of the buding to wait for the food.
Sadly, Still the worst taco bell to visit. I made an order in the app only to drive there and find out the system was down. So the manager asked me to come back the next day for my food! I did that and waited over 35 minutes to get my food. Service was so slow peoplestarted sitting down in chairs at the register waiting for Service! Once I got my food, got home, off course my order was wrong! I. Done woth this location for good.
Came by at 9pm, 3 hours before close, all employees hiding in the back or something? They wouldn't answer the drive through, and doors locked. They must have been enjoying a nice blunt or something. Typical of this place, miserable service, even for a fast food dump.
After waiting for a while on the drive thru for somebody to take my order -I decide to pull to the restaurant windiow and still nobody around to take my order I decide to knok the window and this black young lady came to me to tell me she will not take my order and I will have to walk in the restaurant. Very unpleasant behavior and aptitude.
Hours say they open at eight today went through the drive-through at 11am there was one other person trying to get food as wellI looped around again and an employee comes out after 10 mins fills her drink and doesn’t say anything. Leaves comes back 5 mins later yells through the closed window (doesn’t even open it) “we’re closed bruh” and walks away again. I just want some food and a time you actually open bruh
Bad service, they never have anything, nasty staff including management. You better go to El Jefe Luchador?? (has drive thru) or even Tijuana Flats which are less than half mile away.
Very poorly customer service. We use the drive thru and male cashier told me to hurry and go away after he handed our order and we wanted to check it.
Gave me my drink with no ice, soggy tacos straight out the drive thru window. I would also like to add that it took 5 minutes for them to talk to me thru the order speaker even tho I was the only person at the Taco Bell at the moment and when I asked for sauce they felt as if I was inconveniencing them. Laziest Taco Bell I’ve been to
Customer service has been very poor lately. Lady taking orders in drive thru has a bad attitude . Won’t waste time going into details . The pay is so little so I get the reason for the bad attitude.You get what you pay for cheap food , bad customer service
