Meatball sub is divine but the chips were stale and the bag was marked September 22nd which is a couple of months away I never complained I should have let them know
the employees here are always so nice, especially the girl working tonight I wish I got her name but it’s 07/12/22 at night and the girl working was so nice, quick and made a great sub :)
A foot long sub with only 5 meatballs was not worth it both ends in was bread and sauce
They only have 1 person servicing and the cookies are not fresh. I think its possible they just leave the cookies there until it's sold.
Today I had a very unpleasant experience with a man who attends that site There were some girls who spoke little English, perhaps tourists, but they tried to ask for their order, as the dispatcher did not understand, I tried to help them, but he had a terrible attitude, little patience, questioning what they wanted to eat and he would not even let me help them because Mr. stressed makes tsn prestigious store look very bad
Poor customer service, slow and impolite. Manager touching food without gloves. Never going back there.
I go to this subway at least twice a week. And the man in charge there treats terrible the girls that work there in front of costumers. I’ve witnessed many times him being very mean to them For no reason that’s very uncomfortable for us costumers.Service it’s ok but being there and see how he treats these girls is uncomfortable for them as it is for me that I’ve seen this happened many times. The guy has no management knowledge or training whatsoever.
The guy that was working made 3 nice subs for us . thanks buddy.
This is usually my favorite location. Today the kid behind the counter wanted to be a funny guy. Everything I requested he joked with “ we are out “ or “ we don’t sell that today “ he was serious when he said they were out of guacamole and black pepper and I declined service any longer. I am fun with a sense of humor but it was way overboard and unprofessional. The main reason I no longer wanted my sandwich was because all the veggies looked old and the lettuce was brown. I’m more disappointed in the fact that this is usually again one of the best locations.
Very bad management. There is mold in the ice machine.
