The employees are nice and stuff they are just always out of stock. Not their fault obviously but it is Starbucks fault that they don’t have anything. The other Starbucks around do have supply and they don’t which sucks. That’s all.
Great location. Good prices, clean. Friendly staff. Has a drive thru. Delicious banana walnut and pecan loaf and a delicious pumpkin and pepita loaf.
This Starbucks on Hillsboro has lost its standards. The new staff they have at the drive thru the Spanish young women are constantly talking with their friends in the drive thru over 10 mins and don’t care about people waiting to get served. I have been going here for the last few years and lately 2022 the standards have dropped. The staff takes forever to serve you and always talking to each other instead of working .

Sick of the slow and poor service at this store’s drive through . This is the 3rd time in a row (many in the past as well) that the line is ridiculously slow and employee at window is rude. Today around 4pm after waiting over 10 minutes to get to the window (lawn crew blowing leaves almost inside my car to make experience even more aggravating) I was told I had to wait for her to help me, she proceeded to close the window and she was training someone how to operate the headset and mark orders. When she decided I could finally pay she kept on going with all the training session. I had ordered 4 drinks and they had only 3 ready since apparently she didn’t put the order right in the system. There were about 8 cars behind me. I’m done, never again!
There was trouble with card payments, and I didn’t have cash, so they gave me my coffee FREE! Above and beyond!!! ?? Thank you so much!!!?
The Customer Service at drive-thru pickup window was exceptional. Not only did the young woman at window thank me for my Starbucks app "scan" payment but she called me/thanked me by my first name which appears in app. Nut milk-akmond milk- Iced Latte good as well.
Two pairs of my eyeglasses broke so I tried this Starbucks near my eyeglass store, the Eyelab. This is a another large Starbucks with indoor and outdoor seating and a drive thru. The team members were efficient and friendly. The store was clean and they have a descent size parking lot.. They made a great iced latte !
Sadly I must say that Starbucks coffee is no longer the same: it smells like coffee but it doesn't have that delicious flavor that hit the palate. Without that flavor, Starbucks is not the same.
The store has every excuse under the sun for missing items: it's too late in the day, our truck forgot them, we ran out, we don't use that type of sweetener any longer, straws are in short supply, etc. You name it. Worst location to attempt to do business with.
