This is genuinely my favorite Starbucks location, I don’t even know how many times I’ve gone out of my way to come to this location specifically. I always enjoy watching the teamwork in any restaurant setting (fast food or sit-down) and this team knows how to communicate effectively and efficiently to get through their backed up lines quickly and correctly. Kudos to the whole team, y’all don’t know how many rough mornings of mine you’ve made exponentially better.
This location is one of 2 near my office and I have been coming for years. Employees are always attentive and friendly even during morning rush when everyone is running to work they don't let the craziness affect them. Today especially I experienced awesome service, friendly and quick and the BEST iced cinnamon dolce latte of any Starbucks location I've been too. Definitely worth going back for.
In the drive through is pack, I ask for a small coffee w sugar and cream… when I got to the pickup window the lady gave me a cup with a weird name… I left trusting I got what I wanted… a very hot discolored coffee w nothing… to late to come back for my money back…I will never go back to StarbucksWhat’s up w those names… and the giving you what you order…
The worst Starbucks I have been to by far. Have come here several times for them to be out on nearly half of what they serve on the menu several times. I asked for a specific standard drink a Undertow no one knew what it was and it’s one of Starbucks’s advertised drinks when they looked it up and never heard of it instead of trying to make the drink I was told have a great day because they never heard of it what a joke.
The girl with pink and green hair was very rude when telling her I ordered a large rather than a small. No wonder this place has low ratings. I came here for my birthday and instead left with a negative attitude because of her. DO NOT GO HERE. Go to another Starbucks instead.
This is my favorite Starbucks! The attendants are extremely friendly and are always in a good mood even when the store is full of customers. They are super attentive and kind to customers and make the BEST DRINKS I'VE EVER HAD. They make you feel like family!I love shopping in this store and whenever I can (even if walk a few more miles) I go there. <3
Easily one of my favorite Starbucks locations. Always hopping in the morning, yet it doesn't stop the staff from being courteous or from keeping things moving as quickly ad they can. Would definitely recommend.
Editing my review because I went back today and I’m not sure if they seen this but there was definitely an improvement. The young man that was heating up food etc recognized me and even though they were extremely busy they had everything ready in a very timely manor! I will say the management is very involved in this store and everyone is super friendly!I waited 15 minutes for a cheese Danish and had to leave without it. My WHOLE order besides the Danish was ready and the guy making the warmed foods just kept making drive thru orders and orders that came after mine like he had put it off and pretty much forgot about it. I reminded him and he gave a nod like I got you and than continued making other orders. Very disappointed I had to leave to get my daughter to gymnastics on time I figured ordering 20 minutes in advance would be enough guess not.
Angela, the Manager at this Deerfield Beach store, and her entire team deliver a top-notch Starbuck's experience EVERY SINGLE TIME. The store is always packed because it's near Hillsborough and the closest Starbucks to the beach. The store is always immaculate, the restrooms are clean, and the team members are friendly, fast and make fabulous iced lattes. Highly recommend this Starbucks !Excellent Christmas latte !
This is probably the worst Starbucks I’ve been. Dirty tables, no napkins, if you take a look behind the counter garbage everywhere. Dirty floors.About the coffee, ok, but the food not warm enough.Cool people though.
