The WORST Starbucks! Management needs to be replaced. It's the only drive thru Starbucks nearby and I have been going there for months. Every time the people are RUDE to customers and today they were just incompetent. Avoid this one if you can. Your drink is likely to be wrong and definitely not served with a smile or any appreciation. Might as well go to the Target Starbucks in the same parking lot. So disappointing!
Needs to get better... very disappointing. It's getting more expensive. The sandwich looked old and cold. My Frappuccino is 70% whipped cream and 30% actual drink...

Great staff Team!!! Always pleasant, helpful, and trying to make sure they can provide great service. All Starbucks are experiencing shortage of regular items, but this team apologies nicely and recognizes customers' disappointment.
this is the most luxurious place in the area. Usually such a luxurious interior can be found in Manhattan, New York. but we come across such pearls.

Very rude and slow
It is a nice little simple comfortable place. No music blasting in our ears. quiet. I can sit inside with my notebook and write and scribble. I cannot find any other place like this without the store having any distracting music that they seem to put on every single cafe.
I just left this Starbucks and it is the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been to! From the wrappers in the sitting area to the milk bar to the bathroom - everything was a mess! It’s not the holidays anymore so there is no excuse for this. I felt dirty and cringed when I put my half and half in my coffee. I wasn’t sure it would be fresh. Someone needs to visit this store and get it straightened out!
Love their ice chai tea and the quick and friendly service.
