Ordered online and they completely forgot the chicken sandwich in my order. Also they gave me the apple pie instead of the strawberry pie that I ordered. On top of all this, the worker gave me attitude at the window when I asked for sauce. 0/10 nasty place

I also love this location and go through the drive thru only however, if your going to charge $2 more for chicken then pay your workers $2 more to serve it! No reason this hard working people can’t get more money for their labor. They’ve always been nice and have gotten my order right. Pay them more!

I love this location! I’ve never been to the store itself but I always order thru the app! And let me tell you every time something went wrong with my driver the customer service I got from this place is/was a 10/10 especially from the managers. I really appreciate this place

The wait was a little but it was worth it the chicken ? was hot and fresh macaroni and cheese was delicious also chicken sandwich ? chase down with strawberry soda ?

The service and speed at this location are just bad. The people that work here have no sense of urgency. Long wait for food, attitude towards customers, and employees that are dragging their feet while texting, and taking personal calls. Other's just talking abut their personal lives and joking around while the lobby is full and backed up!

This Popeyes  location is the worst! They are always short staff, and most... not all but most of the staff have a nasty attitude. When the Manager Derrick is there the employees are more pleasant and the drive thru seems to go fast but any other time, the service here sucks! I ordered and paid for my food online and once again when I arrived to go inside to pick up my food, the lobby was closed and this is the 3rd time I've been to this location and their lobby is closed. Therefore I had to go wait in line after 13 cars just to pick up my food. Two people that worked there just stood there and looked instead of coming to the door to see what I wanted. All they had to do is pass online orders through the door instead of making those online orders wait in line.Why does the drive thru move so slow if the chicken is already cooked and displayed???? It seems to me most of them are morons  because instead of finding a way to fix the issue even if you're short staff, they complicate things and make it worse.

Worst Popeyes ever!!! customer service is the worst and lobby was closed for some odd reason… they were not letting nobody in and told us to go to the drive thru …after waiting 1 hour my order was wrong….. unbelievable

I LOVE Popeyes, but this store needs better management. After driving for 10 hours, we stopped to pick up dinner. Of the 4-5 people in front of us in the store, ALL of them had something wrong with their order. That should be a clue, but we were tired and decided to just trust them to get our order right…..WRONG! They almost got it right, but 2 pieces of chicken we’re missing from the order……like I said….that should not happen!!! Need more oversight and better training, I guess!!
