Horrible! Not the first time for bad service, but my experience today.I ordered a take out. They sent me a text that my order was ready so that I need to add my parking number. I waited in my car for 15 minutes and started calling the store nobody answered.I went inside and when I asked nobody knew and they started the order there. It took another 20 min.I checked my order there because 3 people touched my order and I complained because one of them didn't have enough chicken; one lady came from the back and grabbed my bowl upset and started yelling "now she is complaining because it doesn't have chicken"
Upon driving up I was confused about a person getting out of a car, leaving the door open and walking towards the drive through then realized it was a worker to take my order. He walked away cursing because the device died. I got to the window and they had to ask two more times what my order was. The order still ended up being wrong but I took it anyway. As I was eating the food I found some sort of string/rope in the food. Disgusting! Such a horrible experience.
My wife likes it, so we stopped in. Very clean.Employees are polite & professional. She enjoyed it.I came home & BBQ some hot dogs with homemade onions!
Slowest location in South Florida.Always skimping on the food and y’all never have cilantro garlic sauce. Staff is rude.I used to work food customer service for 5 years. Need to do better!Better off at the Palmetto and 441 location.
If I could leave 0 starts I would. This has to be the WORST pollo tropical in south Florida maybe of all pollo tropical! The food is not that great the employees are always in a BAD MOOD if you don’t like your job QUIT, I’m sure no one is forcing them to work there. I was in line for about 25 minutes after placing my order couldn’t take it anymore we left… my wife didn’t believe till I showed her the stopwatch, yes I did that. I’m not the one to leave bad reviews but this place is SIMPLY HORRIBLE, needs new management, employees, ownership, need people with a smile in their face friendly staff I don’t know. The worst part of all is that I like the food and it’s the only restaurant near my house, SAD!!!!!!
This manager should be fired. She was absolutely rude and disrespectful. She would not give me her name because I advised her I would be calling the corporate office about her. My experience there on Sunday is one I never want to have again. Placed my order at 4:45 PM on the app and it stated the order would be ready at 5PM. Decided to go inside after 5 because they never came out. Asked a few times how much longer the food would be and they kept blowing me off. As I was there I witnessed 3-4 other customers complain about their order. The manager never attempted to help any of them and when we asked the employees for her name they stated they could not give that out they would get in trouble. My order was not ready until 5:45PM!! 1 hour later for PolloTropical of all places. I wasn’t able to get a refund because I ordered through the app I was told. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had.
Healthy fresh extremely flavorful menu, likely something that you also have never had or been a long time. Served up in under a minute in the drive thru made to order and cheaper meals than McDonald's. I can't see this not becoming a frequent repeat offender. Best dining experience in a while at a semi fast food place. Crazy.
My mom who is 88 wanted to try the food for the first time. A kind worker held the door for us. We ordered to take home. Everyone was so nice and kind and our lunch was delicious!
The worse p tropical in Broward County.We come here because this location is the closest to our home. The staff all has attitude issues and we have had several instances that we have had to go back due to missing items.Today, I arrive at the drive through and after waiting several minutes, I say hello and immediately get a rude response asking me to hold on. It is raining and the speaker is low volume so I keep my window open letting water into my car for another atleast 5 minutes. The worker then asks if he can help in a very rude fashion, I start to order then he goes into complete silence. After saying hello again several times, he asks me to repeat what I said. I get to the window and the individual is wearing a red shirt, which means he is a manager. He has a young lady take my card and she snatched the card without saying a thing.I didn’t bother to complain about the ordering debacle. If this is the type of management in charge of the shift, it would have gone to deaf ears. We will not be going back. I would rather pay toll to get on the sawgrass to go to the Coral Springs location.
They were very busy but I texted my order nice group workers had it together in ten minutes
