Been here multiple times and I love it! Treated myself a couple times and brought a visiting friend here. My only complaints are that they don't take pickup orders over the phone and the music is always too loud (I guess that means I'm too old). I love the green bowls. Can only vouch for their bowls, not their smoothies. Always super fresh and beautiful presentation. Highly recommend downloading their app so you can earn points and get coups.Side note: Keep your expectations at whatever level they should be when it's mostly teenagers working there. They're often nice to me but they're teenagers so, they act like teenagers ?I also love that this place has grown from a small biz out of South Jersey (I'm from NJ) into a franchise with over 100 locations around the US.Parking can be tricky/expensive. There's a garage in the building but it charges you $4 even if you're there for 10 minutes (because, you know, parking by the beach). Make sure you have the staff stamp your parking ticket so you can get a discount!

Every time I go to this location, the employees are always so friendly and helpful. I love their menu has a huge selections of anything you can think of! I’m in love with the decor it’s such a vibe!!! I’ve even recommended this place with friends and family. Definitely will come again!
By far the most unorganized and unprofessional establishment I’ve ever been to. Instead of attending to the 10 customers that were in the store, the employees were arguing and playing games in the kitchen for the whole store to see, and not making anybody’s food. Also, there was one person that look liked a worker that was not on shift distracting the employees from starting to make our food. Once they started to make people’s food, the workers on shift would distract each other and have customers continuously wait for their orders to be ready, as well all watched the 5 employees collectively make 1 bowl at a time. Once the order was handed to me, it came to be the wrong one. To top it off, when I got my order and went to grab a spoon, the spoons were all full of some green substance and they had to bring some more from the back. Would never come here again.
I’m not sure what is going on at this location. I love their smoothies and bowls but after visiting this location I am not sure if I will be back. It seems that all of the workers are concerned with everything but their job. 20 minute wait for my bowl. I’m really disappointed with my visit here today.
If I had to choose either order out or pick up, I rather just order. Stars would've been lower if it wasn't for uber eats and door dash. The customer service does suck omg but the bowls are good. I never get my oder messed up when I order online, but in the store its a whole different story smh
Fantastic food. It's always plenty of food, and the flavors are just amazing honestly. I've tried a lot of places, and thus far this is my favorite.
We got the tide bowl and it was delicious the only problem I would have would be the girl working with all by herself and the place is very busy. We waited a long time, and she looked a bit overwhelmed other than that it was delicious!

I live on Deerfield Beach Island and this is my 4th time trying Bowls this month. I will NOT be back!!. No matter what day or time I come in... they are understaffed (only 2 employees cutting blending and making everything from scratch,not their fault) took 20 minutes to start making my juice and she was handling every piece of food and cups with no gloves on. I kindly ask them to stop making and refund me, but they didn't know how??? Really?. Like many other business on that strip, they will not survive with this service
