Never have a problem with our order but yesterday we were given the wrong order. We still ate it and it was good, but feel bad for the person that got our order because the one we got had allot of extra toppings and I'm sure was more money. People have allergies and other issues with toppings and I'm sure whoever got our order wasn't happy about it.
every single time we’ve ordered delivery they deliver an incomplete or incorrect order. then, they never answer the phone or rectify the situation. only location i’ve experienced such horrible service. food is good, but this location sucks for delivery.we gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again, (after the manager said we’d get a refund on the last order’s missing item but we never did), and AGAIN they delivered the wrong order. an empty pizza box and pepsi with the name “Chris” even though we ordered pizza.
Boyfriend ordered a pizza with a bunch of veggies. Delivery driver was extremely late because they forgot our pizza. It was delivered cold and ended up being the completely wrong pizza. The sticker on the box was right but the pizza inside had pepperoni and sausage on it. Tried calling and remained on hold for a long time with probably the most annoying advertisements I’ve ever heard. Will not be ordering at this location again unless this giant company decides to stop being cheap af and hire more employees + actually pay them enough. They used to get our orders perfect or at least answered the phone.
Constant Issues. No Delivery Drivers. Everything from pizza being cold to completely upside down.

Store #487 I ordered an XL New York pepperoni pizza for my husband and kid while I was away and they delivered a large cheese pizza instead. I call them and let them know and they say they can't do anything about it if any of the pizza was already eaten. Of course my daughter had already eaten some because she was hungry and they also had the nerve to say their delivery driver would know the difference. I'm sure my husband knows a difference between large and xl and cheese and pepperoni. I order from here often. From now on I will order from somewhere else.
We ordered delivery and live about a mile away. Pizza arrived cold, not cut correctly ( some super small pieces and some large) toppings were incorrect. It was horrible. We received an email to rate the pizza and it said we should be getting a call from a manager, that never happened. We will never order pizza from this location again.

Ordered a meat lovers pizza to be delivered. Once the pizza was delivered it has about eight pieces of meat and vegetables. I called there and ask for the manager several people got home stating they were the manger then they disconnected the call I called three times of the hang up they put me on hold. I waits for 18 minutes the first time. I want from them anymore
