Pathetic example of fast food pizza. This establishment should be shut down, first for the over priced swill, and second for the lack of customer service! Prerequisite to working here must be: inept careless and rude! Avoid this place at all costs! The delivery drivers don’t even look for addresses, the food gets turned over without Apology! Then you call and try to resolve the issue and a “so- called manager” questioning a customer’s perception! I hope this whole company goes out of business!
Personally, I don’t like this papa John’s but it’s the closet to my house. Whenever I call I’m on hold for over 10 minutes. I literally have to call multiple times in order to get someone. There’s been times I’ve received my pizza and it’s completely deformed. There was even a time where a delivery driver added a tip on my card and the manager was rude when I brought it to her attention saying “Well you tipped” I didn’t, I rather tip in cash.
This store is a complete disappointment. The system is broken and the food is never done correctly. You are paying 24 dollars for two papadias and they are smaller than a sandwich and do not have all the ingredients as promised.Ordered a Philly Cheesesteak Papadia and get no steak. Papadia looks nothing like what is promoted by papa John this is nothing but trickery and highway robbery.Part of the issue is the employee train to make food this way.
Half cut the pizza & it dont look presentable!!! This the second pizza that was brought to me because the first one look as if someone dug their finger in the pizza ?? The worst !!
My friend ordered a pizza and cheese sticks, there was an issue with the order and delivery address. To whoever the manager is, service industry is not for you, my friend would not let me talk but to hear you saying 'stop running your mouth'... disgusting AND we never got our pizza and still waiting on a refund... what is your problem?
"Manager" is incredibly rude and staff are incompetent, I can't change an address for delivery that's fine but why wait to tell the customer it's a problem an hour after the phone call was made, I asked for a refund and got hung up on by manager 3x was told order number is not good enough to locate said order not really understanding how this is a chain restaurant with problems and staff like this
Not the best Papa John's I would not order from them again. I was disappointed in the extra large pizza I ordered. They stated it waa not ready but after waiting 15 minutes expecting the pizza to be hot out of the oven the pizza was cold.
Fastest delivery ever. I order my pizza and it was deliver3d within 20 minutes. Great service.
Unprofessional young idiots working this place. 1st they deliver my order incomplete. 2nd I called to save the driver time from having to come back to my home to receive a refund for missing pizza, rude little boy answers and then hangs up. 3rd call back for a manager unprofessional little girl gets on the line rude with no intellect. Lastly problem not solved contacting corporate this franchise needs to be conducted in a better manner. It’s obvious they hire anyone.Update*They sent driver back with missing pizza and look at the images! Looks like someone put their fingers in the pizza! I will not be feeding my children this trash! And I will receive a full refund!
Took over 2 hours to deliver a pizza 1.5 miles away. Nobody would answer the phone. Pizza came cold and gross. Do not order from this location. Much better options nearby.
