Loved loved their pizza. Eat inside or out. Easy parking, clean restaurant.
The customer service was horrible. We waited 48 minutes for two pizzas to go. When I asked about I order, the cashier laughed and said there were multiple \\\"tickets\\\" infront of us yet there was no one in the the restaurant.

So bad it's hilarious. One dish comes out per hour, even when you are the only table in the place. Don't complain, or they will bring out the "pizza thug" from the back to come out and stare at you in some kind of attempt at intimidation. Good news is they serve beer. Your gonna need it to get thru this meal. With all that being said, I hear the pizza was good, but you're really gonna have to commit and have patience of steel of u ever wanna taste it.
I was present when a previous reviewer mentioned a homeless man threatening people with a gun. It is a shame that the owner did nothing about it since he claims the homeless man is a paying customer. HE THREATENED SOEMONE WITH A GUN! Never go here! I won’t ever again and neither should you unless you’re okay with a homeless man threatening you!
Very good food, excellent service. A little expensive, but if you want cheap over quality, go to Little Caesar’s. The food here is worth it. I’ll be back for sure.
As New Jerseyans, who believes we have the best pizza, we are extremely impressed with Michael's...excellent Philly Cheesesteak, Buffalo Chicken and plain cheese. Good job, Michael!!
Really disappointed in a situation that happened this evening. I ordered on Slice life app at 5 o’clock and the order was not delivered by 6:20 (estimated delivery said 5:25-5:35). It appears there was a mix up on their end. I understand mistakes happen, but it seemed like it was all my fault that they had a problem. I then called Michaels directly…twice. They told me it was on the way, both times. After 2 hours of waiting, I canceled the delivery and made dinner. They then sent a delivery to me at 8pm (never told me they were sending it during my last attempted call). I refused at that point and handed back food. Even the driver made me feel like I caused a problem. Sorry guys, you lost me as a regular customer. This was not handled well on your end. If I was the new owner I would be ashamed of treating a customer like that.
We loved ordering from here while on vacation in Boca / Deerfield - prompt delivery and really good pizza, wings and gluten free pies!
