My fry burnt and Mcdoubles cold like they microwaved it. Honestly I don't know how people spend their money to get burger that taste nasty and chews like rubber. I will be call the manager and corporate. Horrible!!! 1:03am
It's McDonald's. The line for the drive-thru always seems to be short when I go. The ice cream is good and the fries are good if you like that style of fries. They now have quarter pounder burgers which I found quite delicious.
Slow took them 20 mins to take my order just a ice coffee paid for extra caramel got none then another 15 mins to make it
Went through drive in, person taking order was rude, not friendly. I asked to see my receipt, he was visibly annoyed. I was given my order and looked in the bag and realized half my order was not in the bag. Parked my car, went inside & told them. Nobody in the place seemed to know what they were doing. All young teenagers with bad Attitudes. Even the manager was a rude low life. Never will go back
This McDonald's is located in Deerfield Beach. This one is also open 24 hours, 7 days a week. In the morning to get some breakfast burritos. Their food is great, the staff is very friendly, and the turn around time from the time I place my order at the drive-thru to when I picked up my food was very quick, less than a minute.. But again, I got here at around that time where they only accept cash, because their credit card systems are updating. That is the only inconvenience. Their drive through has two separate lanes, when I went there was only one person in front of me, so I can't give my opinion about the drive-thru wait times, all I know is that my food was fresh and delicious. 5 stars for this McDonald's! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This location always FAILS to get my order correct. I always order a caramel frapp'e NO WHIPPED CREAM. On numerous occasions I receive the wrong size, it has whipped cream on it or the drive thru attendant orders me a sundae. Totally unacceptable. I'm very clear when ordering and the staff doesn't seem to care either. My most recent visit today I ordered the usual; medium caramel frapp'e NO WHIPPED CREAM. The drive thru attendant asked me what my order was which isnt my responsibility. They should know what I ordered based on the cars in line. I gave him my receipt. He hands me one with whipped cream. I told him that's not correct. He tells me to wait in the curbside lane and someone will bring it out. I waited about 5 minutes and he brings out another frapp'e with whipped cream. I told him that it's stll not correct and my receipt clearly has NO whipped cream listed. He walks away without acknowledging me and so I waited almost another 10 minutes. I've had enough at this point and I went inside. Apparently it was made a third time and was sitting on thr counter. Nobody bothered to bring the correct frapp'e out that third time. Another person in the drive thru came back in after their order was incorrect as well. This location is very unorganized, the line is unnecessarily long in the drive thru and the employees are incompetent and careless. The ony reason I'm even giving 2 stars is because the manager on duty apologized when I came in and didn't know why the correct frapp'e wasn't brought out to me amidst her handling the dining room and drive thru. I stop at this location for the close proximity to my residence, however I may drive to another location a mile away so I don't have another frustrating experience.

The guy at the register was super friendly and patient with me as I couldn't decide what I wanted to order. Restaurant was very clean. Only complaint (not worthy of losing a star over) was that they had paper straws.
CLEAN... Asked for Manager and it was Megan the actual manager. Wonderful person. Her employees were all working effectively. Especially Dash. He cleaned.. customer service and all of the above
Old ladies at the drive thru are always rude if you ask for any ketchup or anything at all. Just scammed me anyways they are doing 2 for 6 but only rang me up for 1 so I asked for a second one and They refused to honor of the two for six and they mistakenly only rang one in and then claimed it’s not 2 for 6 when it says it is. Worst McDonald’s location out of anywhere always a nasty attitude waiting there for you. Take your money to a different McDonalds like the one on 441 in coconut creek they are always nice there.
