They had a very long line when I went and no one on the register. I ended up placing an online order while waiting and did self pickup almost an hour later.
This is the worst little Ceasars I've ever seen. They take FOREVER to complete an order. I'm not talking about this one time. I mean for months it's been like this. I think they only have one person working in there on weekends. Online orders take almost an hour longer than the estimated time. The app tracking will show "packing it up" for over 30 minutes.
Worse place ever management is very unprofessional I ordered on their app and got it delivery once I got my pizza.I opened it and they pizza taste and looks nasty. So I had to bring it back the manager said to me it’s not their fault about how the pizza was made she said it’s DoorDash fault the pizza was uncooked don’t ever order from here again this is the second time this has happened to me and both managers was nasty manager also wouldn’t give her name which is crazy if I can give a below zero I would this store is located in Deerfield Beach on federal highway south of 10th st
I would give no stars if I could. Lazy disrespectful manager in the store alone during the day called out to her 4 times and walk around the corner before acknowledge that she had a customer in her store and stopped folding boxes. Then presented me a hot a ready where half the pizza had no cheese and then took 25 minutes to get a fresh pizza to me with no line and no customers in the store.
I went there yesterday to order a classic pepperoni with extra sauce and they told me that to add extra sauce is a 1.50 because its a topping , charged me to add it, selling me a 7 dollar pizza and still didnt add the extra sauce. After i got home i went on the little Caesars site and try ordering with extra sauce to a few different pizza and the price didnt change. The Hispanic girl who barely speak any form of English charged me for adding a free item then didn't add it
Took for ever to get my pizza! But it was good. I think I just came at the wrong time. The lady was not paying attention to who came in the door I stood by the register for about 5 minutes before I had to ask for help. One of the pizza makers from the back came to get my order. Not a bad place, just needs to tighten up in the customer service
We ordered two pizzas with DoorDash. Only got one. Tried to call them to get it corrected but no one ever answered the phone. I waited for 45 minutes. Finally gave up. Never ordering from Little Caesars again.
The pizza is fine but I ordered brownies along with wings and pizza and they never delivered the brownies because they didn’t have any and they still charged for them. I called the different numbers and no one picked up.
Want food? Don’t order here! You’ll never get it and there’s no easy way to get a refund that doesn’t involve a highly inconvenient amount of call transfers and menu music. The customer service leaves plenty to be desired also…I ordered and waited 45 minutes for no one to even speak to me. There were people waiting in a line with no one at the counter. Wish I could give something lower than one star!
I am posting this review so that management is aware and can hopefully make changes! I stopped by this location tonight to pick-up a pizza. When I arrived the doors were locked. A man was sitting in the floor with what looked like pizzas that he was going to deliver. I could see inside that about 3 or 4 people were in line. Everyone was ignoring me. Including the man sitting on the floor, who clearly saw me at the door. I then began to wonder if the place was being robbed. I spoke to some customers outside who told me that they had ordered a pizza on-line and were waiting for their pizza. Never in my life have I had a situation were I was ignored at the locked door during regular business hours. I will not be returning to this location. Someone at the store needs to communicate with their customers. This truly is not a good way to conduct business.
