I read many reviews that were extremely harsh. The most bewildering posts are the customers that continue to go back even after a bad experience. If you don’t enjoy the food or personnel then don’t go back! It seems like an obvious decision. Don’t trash a business and then return again just so you can fuel your own fire.Personally, I appreciate the convenience and do enjoy my interactions with all that work there. So what if the food isn’t “Boca” quality. Did you get to have a meal? Did you have to drive to pick up you meal? Is this convenient? Stop complaining and change your routine. SMH. Learn to appreciate and stop being so negative.
Food was fantastic, Great customer service and Delivery was free. They even gave me a call and asked how everything was. Way to go above and beyond ! Deff recommend this place !

We came here in search of something new to eat on our lunch break and long behold we found this spot! The food is great, came out super fast. The customer service was awesome. Rosa helped me find the place over the phone, she’s super helpful and sweet! The place was a little hard to find because it’s inside an office building but there’s a beautiful patio you can sit at while watching the waterfall. I cannot wait to come back here. It’s so peaceful and nice and a great place to relax and enjoy your lunch!

The women at Lemon Cafe, which I believe is the owner is very rude. From ordering over the phone to in person. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. Today will be my last time ordering from this cafe. My co-worker who is allergic to cheese order a breakfast plate by CARD and stated he wanted no cheese in the eggs. Not only do they take forever ( 45+ mins. ) to bring your food they had the order incorrect. Upon arrival my co-worker checked the food & notice cheese and told the delivery lady he doesn't want cheese and she didn't want to take the food back she stated he would have to take it up there his self. When he took it up there the owner REFUSE to remake the eggs without cheese or give him his money back. He had to leave without any egg. I dont want to make this a race thing because he is BLACK but is that really how you treat a customer? If I can give them a 0 star I definitely would.
