This KFC on Hillsboro and Powerline was HORRIBLE!Waited on the side,after paying,before about 20 minutes. They had others waiting as well and had to go car to car to see whose order was whose. My order was wrong, but I had to take it because I had just left work and was exhausted. Also, the chicken wasn't cooked all the way through. Never again!!!
I was at work and I ordered online from this KFC and it was great. Took less than 5 minutes and the food was great. Really hit the spot after working in this hellish heat.
I hate to say it yet I have been there several times and not once have I received a well seasoned piece of chicken. The Coronal special blend doesn't seem to be used. I always get the original style and it is ALWAYS under seasoned. I wish they would get someone to season their chicken like other KFC's
The WoW Family rarely does fast food but when we heard about the delicious KFC beyond nuggets we had to try and loved it and promoted it to our fans. Customer service was great
ordered a bucket of 4 breasts,2 legs,2 wings.Had to pay extra for 2 more breasts. Was given 2 thighs but upcharged for breasts. No one answered the phone. I was never given receipt
I swear the food I was just given had to be days old food. I visit this kfc all the time and for the most part they usually get it right but what i just ate was absolutely disgusting and the girl working the drive through had a bad attitude for no reason I was very polite. Asked for barbecue sauce eyeroll, napkin eyeroll, and her long blue colored nails were literslly in the food. Really bad experience.
Food is good as any other KFC location, but extremely slow service. Not sure if they were understaffed, but if so, they should at least aknowledge it, if feels like we are telling them what to do.
Iove kfc but the lazy girl with the disgusting blue nails and the eye rolling at the drive through has to go. The potatoes are ice cold and actually sound crusty the chicken ice cold and bad customer service to top it off
Worse KFC EVER always out of butter chicken cold with the WORSE RUDE Employers Thursday night Feb 03 2022 at 10:37 pm nasty girl working the drive through had a terrible rude attitude for no reason while I was very polite she acted very ignorant screaming Sir whatever you asked me thats number 15 or 16 ...but unfortunately the numbers didnt show on the menu and she said loud and nasty : Sir place you order or move your car NOOOOW ....My last time at the terrible place .
Best KFC I've had in 10 years! Best tasting and fresh!
