My husband ran in to buy two sandwiches tonite. The worst sandwiches we have ever had!Almost $9 each, he had Italian, so bad and for me, two slices of roast beef 2 slices of provolone, asked for Swiss, no mayo, no salt n pepper a tiny bit of lettuce and 4 tiny tomato slices

Good food but they frequently don’t have a delivery driver and I only find out 30 min to an hour after placing the order. I understand they’re short staffed but they need to make that clear and not allow delivery orders to be placed online if they can’t do them. Not doing so has wasted my time enough to not order again.

Came to this jimmy John after a long day working, and they would not make change for $100.00 for a $13.00 order. Manager and staff didn't even try to help. Terrible service and the food is not even that great. I will never to think about coming to any other Jimmy Johns in the future
I paid online and added tip. Maybe your system isnt working.

Excellent sandwich, I love the cleanliness of the restaurant and how well they put a sandwich together.
Probably the worst Jimmy Johns store ever! Every time I order a sandwich , it takes them about an hour to show up even though they are .08 miles from my office. And more often then not, they neglect to cut the sandwich in half even when I ask twice. I am never ordering from them again.
