This place is the bomb, especially if you are looking for late night seafood. I would get the cat fish many times and it was always amazing along with the fries. I highly recommend it.
The customer service here was excellent. The woman helped me navigate the menu. She verified my order and she laughed with me while taking my order. She was so patient. The food was fresh and delicious too. They give you condiments, napkins and plasticware I. Your bag without you having to ask! Great food and great service .
I was there last night and got my self two orders got home the wife was extremely happy, win win for me if you know what I mean!
I didn't like what I was seeing in the kitchen and decided I wanted my money back. The male worker became very upset and said I couldn't get my money back because the food was already prepared, which was a lie. I told him I was not going to eat the food and I wanted my money back. He eventually gave me my food back. Had he not, the next call would have been to the restaurant complaint line. I did not like what I was seeing done in their kitchen. Needless to say, I have not eaten there since.
The fresh and oysters are always fried to perfection. And don't forget the hot sauce and coleslaw that comes with it. Usually the line is long but worth the wait.
Combos are quite expensive. There's only one at a reasonable price, but with no beverage. Food & attention are good. Store could be better, according to the neighborhood
Absolutely Amazing Food (I'm blown away) - The customer service by Mustafah was great! I ordered chicken tenders and hands down it was the best chicken I've ever had - It was super juicy and delicious, keep up the good work - I definitely recommend Hook Fish and Chicken - It's absolutely incredible! Good Job Guys!
You get your money's worth. It is real catfish, not substitute like other restaurants. Great taste even when reheated. Fresh and hit, cooked per order. Worth the wait.???
This is my favorite Hooks location. I live in Palm Beach County, so I usually stop by when I’m in the Deerfield Beach area. I picked up some food yesterday and it did not disappoint. I ordered the conch and shrimp dinner for myself and the whole snapper meal for my mother. Both were delicious
Felt authentic as soon as you walked in. From the weathered interior to the places aroma! I knew I was in good hands and would get something delicious! Please visit while down here! I'm from PA by the way.
