We placed an order over Grub Hub but we made a mistake so we called the store and spoke to Rod. He was extremely nice and helpful. He did an amazing job at customer service and made us feel well taken care of. Thank you again Rod!
The people behind the counter were very rude. Two cheeseburgers fries and a milkshake were $40.83, well overpriced for the quality and service. When the kitchen messed up my order and I asked very nicely if they could correct the issue, they initially refused to fix my order and we’re insistent there was no mistake even after showing my receipt. I finally convinced them to fix the issue, but this was very unprofessional and frustrating. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this location really needs to step their game up!
Best fast food burger and fries. All restaurants are expensive now but at Five Guys you at least get great products. I don’t know of any other restaurants that can be held to that standard; even the most popular steakhouse chain isn’t even close.
Placed an order here through an online service when it said the timing would be 15-30 minutes. 48 minutes after the order was placed Five Guys canceled the order. I can understand if it’s canceled within the first 10-15 minutes, but Totally unreliable with how long they say orders will take.
What a horrible experience we had from burgers being sit to the side getting cold, cheese not melted, charge for bacon and was told after the fact there was no bacon. Than to top it off you have a guy touching dirty money with gloves than went over to touch my food without changing gloves. I wish I can upload the video I have! So many criticals in this store!!!!!
I went to the five guys on Federal highway I'll wait online for 15 minutes while my order is ready for pickup and when I picked up my order was the wrong order and I was asking to speak to the manager I had to wait another 15-20 minutes to speak to the manager why the manager is working right from me and he did not knowledge me and when he saw my order they were like I cannot help you and knowing that customer service always right and I will not recommend anybody to go at that location cuz the manager will not be able to help you and went out to be able to make you satisfy at that location he didn't have no measure skills he had no manager experience and he said did not fit to be at that facility he had very poor customer service and as his team as well they have a poor customer service as well
My daughters love Five Guys especially Deerfield Beach location. Everyone is always helpful and pleasant.
Great Burgers!!! Love the staff there as well, they are very polite. Order ready in 5 minutes from ordering online.
Customer service was horrible, I walked in and they didn’t even say hi or greet me. They just stared at me and didn’t say nothing. The burger was made sloppy, fries thrown in the bag, and it wasn’t great customer service. Very disappointed.
My husband and I went in for a burger and fries, they have the best Cajun fries. We were really impressed with the employees. They were so nice and hard working the place was really clean. We definitely will be going back again.?
