I used to love this place, but unfortunately I will no longer be going here. I ordered online the Pollo Tropical. Online it states it is 11.99 + tax, a total of $12.71. I get there because I used the option for pay in store, she attempted to charge me $16 and some change, I explained I ordered online, showed her the receipt and that the total was $12.71. She stated that is the online price and she cannot change it. I unfortunately walked out with no food as there was no way I was paying $4 extra for something I ordered ahead of time ONLINE with the ONLINE pricing. VERY disappointed. I work with a company where I run catering, and was fully considering ordering from them in the near future from my job, but due to the woman's awful attitude towards me and the lack of understanding I will no longer consider giving them my business in any form.
First time there. I really enjoyed fillet fish with tiny shrimps, white rice, small salad, 2 sweet bananas. Fairly priced.
I love this restaurant. I usually always eat here and today I decided to order ajiaco. It was delicious 10/10 recommended??!
I have been a customer for many years, lately the quality of service it’s been bad! They really need to improve on the service and as well they have been cutting the portions on plates!Really thinking on not coming back.

There's a reason this place has such good reviews. Great spot with great food and excellent staff. Did a search on google and found this little gem. We will definitely be back. If you are nearby go support this small business. You won't be disappointed.
Every-time you order food from this place they increase the price and everything is overpriced so if you don’t want surprises on your bill don’t even come here
